The Oasis at Beach 2709 Lazy River pools and slides Gulf Front By Prickett Properties

The property management company was quick to respond during all communications. The building amenities were all lovely. Condo was clean and ready on time and a perfect view. No issues checking in. Unfortunately we got in late and found no dish soap or even a sponge/scrubber. One roll of TP in each bathroom and one single trash bag. I will choose a differrnt condo next time. We had friends in other condos-same building with more staple amenities. Someone did come into our condo without our knowledge or awareness we found a new trash bag on our can along with our things in the rooms were moved. We didn't notice anything missing. That was concerning the last night of our stay.

The condo was spacious enough for three couples. We ate breakfast each morning on the balcony with gorgeous views. Only thing we needed was a chair in the bedrooms and non slip mat in the tub showers.

Was really nice the only reason I didn’t give all 5 was the fact that they didn’t inform me that the indoor pool was closed and the food cafe was closed. Everything else was awesome. We will be going back at a later time.

Check in was the easiest! The kitchen was nicely stocked with all the essentials, including utensils for the grill. WiFi was available.

Some of the staff were not helpful! Parking and elevators were a nightmare! Definitely took the fun out of vacation! No one wants to wait a hour on the elevator. Swimming pools were nasty. Swimming area not clean at all. Would never recommend this place to anyone! Will never stay here again!

We had an excellent stay. Great location. Super clean condo. A few small maintenance issues. 1 of which was resolved promptly.

Check in was so easy! I highly recommend purchasing your parking passes ahead of time through the link they send. We arrived early and were able to get our passes and bands and hit the beach. We loved having multiple pool options, the little cafe by the pool was such a bonus and the views could not be better. The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. We can’t wait to go back!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The garbage disposal didn’t work and the jets in the bathtub didn’t work.

Great facility. Condo could use some upgrades (paint) but overall a great place to stay.
