Stayed Jul 19, 2025We just returned from a week at this unit in New Smyrna Beach. The unit was clean and orderly. Check in was easy, management was easy to get in touch with, as was the owner. I would suggest bringing your own bath towels and cloths as there were no extras, but not a big deal. We would definitely stay at this unit again!

We felt we had a private vacation even though there were other people there. Unit was clean. Beds were comfortable.we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay and my only negative was there was no communication left in the units for us on what to do upon checkout. My daughter was charged $ 125.00 US for a parking pass. We were never informed that this was to be returned or there would be a fee. She had to mail it back to them to get her money back. Better communication on what needs to be turned in at checkout would be helpful.
