Stayed Jan 22, 2023The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of towels, including beach towels. The washer/dryer came in handy. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked great. The neighborhood was quiet. There is a recovery center right across the street, but it was quiet. The private patio was great as well. We loved that we could just park the car in the driveway and walk everywhere.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Manager Samantha was a pleasure to work with and impeccable response time. Location was walking convenience to everything. We would stay a week minimum next time just to get to see what Key West had to offer.

Stayed Mar 20, 2021Our experience started with our property manager Samantha just leaving our property when we arrived an hour earlier. We had a nice visit and noted some restaurant recommendations. Our property was very cute and nicely furnished with a complimentary key lime pie in the refrigerator! The closeness to Duvall Street, the beach and so many restaurants made this the perfect property for us:)

The location was absolutely ideal! You can’t get a better “walking distance” property than this one! It was just perfect all around! We can’t wait to go back next year and make The Mellow Macaw our home again for a few days 🥰

Stayed Apr 18, 2025Location is great! Size was perfect for 5. Loved sitting on the back deck to apply sunscreen or cool off after walking around in the hot sun. Location great to everything-we only rode in a car from the airport. Having kids, knowing that the gate to the back deck locked and there were extra locks on the doors made us feel more safe.

The location is great as well. You can easily walk to most placed in downtown Key West. I would highly recommend this property.

Stayed May 15, 2024This property was just as advertised. Delightful and clean. The AC worked perfectly, thank goodness. It was nice to stay on the quieter end of town. Short walk to delicious breakfast and lunch spots. It was nice to have a parking spot as well! Would definitely recommend!
