The Lake View Outside Traverse City Sleeps 4, Sleeping Bear Dunes short drive

This apartment was in a great location, quiet area yet still close to town. It was very clean and the decor was awesome. Jeff stayed in touch with us to make sure everything was great. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice unit with a great view

Nice room, furniture and beautiful deco.

Went through hell and literal blizzard to make to the room and it was worth every penny and the adventure that come with it .

Great basecamp for ski weekend! Location is great and the space is exactly as described - clean, comfortable and well appointed. Had all of the stuff we needed for a family ski weekend.

Great last-minute stay. Loved the view from the deck. Had everything we needed. Jeff and his group thought of everything. Clean and cozy!

Convenient location for those attending Interlochen events. Well kept, nice place.

Well appointed space. Jeff very easy to work with. We were here to attend a concert at Interlochen , couldn't have been easier to get there. We loved the back deck and views of a small lake. It does sit right on busy road. You can hear the traffic but quieter at night.

We very much enjoyed staying at The Lake View Property. It was spacious, very clean, comfortable and had so much to offer. The view from the back porch was so pleasant and a great spot to enjoy our morning coffee. Instructions were detailed and the hosts were very responsive with communications. Thank you!

The location was great. The place was clean. Very peaceful and quiet. Could hear some road traffic but it was not bad.

Stayed overnight before dropping my son off for summer camp at Interlochen Art. Was perfect for our needs. Host was great with communicating before, during and at check out. AC was great and adorable squirrels to watch off the roomy balcony space!

Everything was wonderful! It’s a great location to visit Interlochen School of the Arts. It was easy to check in and check out. Exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for. Communication was great. Won’t hesitate to book this location again!

Great place. I rented this for my son as a honeymoon place to stay. They loved it.

It was just ok for a one night stay. The road noise was terrible. It was missing a top sheet for the hide a bed. Location was just ok. VERY DARK and not enough lights in the condo. No dishwasher, which we knew ahead of time, but thought that was very odd. No one wants to wash dishes on vacation and they tell you to wash them upon checkout. Not very sanitary.

The location was great for hitting different areas of upper northwest Michigan. The unit was clean and as listed. The road traffic was a little noisy but didn't bother during the night. I would stay at this unit again - nice view of a quiet pond.

Clean, modern, and great communication/instructions from host. Only real negative was busy road noise. Otherwise could be a very peaceful setting with the back property/pond area.

Excellent facilities and enjoyed our view of the woods and water. Improving the driveway's entrances to US 31 with cement or pavement surfaces would be beneficial to all and increase safety. Reducing road traffic noise levels would also be greatly appreciated. I will recommend this facility to friends and likely use again in future years.

This place is billed as a “motel,” but the full kitchen, great amenities and even a washer and dryer far exceeded what I expected. I will stay here again!

We stayed one night here as we traveled In Michigan. The unit was exactly as depicted. It was spotlessly clean, and had everything we could have wanted minus luggage racks. The washer and dryer are fantastic Speed Queen units you typically only see in higher end stays. You can tell the owner had renovated thoughtfully. The sliding glass doors onto the covered porch made for not only a lovely view of the pond with the swans and their young, but also allowed for fresh air. The property is conveniently located near a nice grocery and corner gas station as well, which was great for us. The only draw back, and which the owners have no control, was the road noise. The owners have tried to landscape to mitigate the noise, but it is still there, especially when sitting on the porch. Overall, it was well worth the price and I would definitely stay here again and have no qualms about recommending this VRBO.

Everything was just perfect. For us the location was great, near Traverse City but a quieter spot on a small lake. Amenities were just fine with nice outdoor space and comfortable interior as well.
