The Kaleidoscope Top Floor Condo

The host was great to work with. The place was spotless and we had everything we needed.

Beautiful home and well appointed with everything you need (even a KitchenAid mixer!) Spacious bedrooms with a TV in each room. Very close to beach and walking distance to Sundae Cafe--it was fantastic. Note that here is no sound barrier between the larger upstairs property and first floor rental. There is a stairway when you walk in that leads to the lower level with a door. The downstairs renter complained about our noise level (three adults watching TV and conversing on New Years Eve past the mandated quiet hours). We could also hear their conversations very clearly. I would definitely return but would rent both floors out.

Stellar space. Very clean. Very well taken care of. It was perfect for our fall get-away.

Very well appointed, accurately described. A very enjoyable open space living area adjacent to decks.We were surprised by the amount of golf cart traffic, even this time of year!Small item, a few night lights would be helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Kaleidoscope was just what we needed. The house was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Getting access to the property was easy, and there were not a lot of hoops to jump through before departing. It's perfect for couples who want to relax or families that want adventure. There is enough room to accommodate several kids. One can see the ramp that goes over the dunes and onto the beach from the porch. One can see the ocean from the deck built atop of the house. We really enjoyed our stay at Kaleidoscope, and hope to return next year.

We loved our stay at this condo! Everything was incredibly clean when we showed up. We were so impressed by the amenities that were provided. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable and they even had some beach toys for the kids to use. The beach is just a short walk away! We also loved the patio area. Overall we are very happy with our choice and would absolutely stay here again.

The property was a good size for our family of 5, and it was an easy walk to the beach. The road is very noisy during the day due to golf cart traffic, but it wasn’t an issue at night. Our biggest complaint was the poor sound barrier between the top and lower levels of the home. Another group was staying in the lower level, and we could easily hear their casual conversation from the living room/kitchen.

This home is stunning and the views are amazing. We can't wait to come back.

The property was nice, clean, and updated! There is a positive and negative i found to the location. Positive = very close to the beach and restuarants Negative = the property is also pretty close to a gass station and golf cart rental company. Which means you will hear a lot of golf carts (gas-powered) coming through at all hours of the morning through the late night hours. (I understand this is not in their control but just thought i would share my experience.) Overall i would still come back!

The property is adorable. Loved the amenities. The house was very close to the beach. We could walk to popular restaurants and shops. The rooms were very nice, a TV in each room. The kids thought that was awesome. My only complaint is the paper thin barrier between the upstairs and downstairs. There is only a door at the bottom of the stairs that separates the two ares. Downstairs neighbors complained about us being loud and at the same time we could hear them. We did have our younger kids with us. We tried to walk and talk quietly during quiet hours. I would definitely stay here again but I would rent out the whole home.

Excellent place to stay! Very clean and very close to beach which is awesome w children! The house has everything you need to accommodate a really great stay. We loved the open gathering space and we saw an amazing heat lightning show from the rooftop deck. (If children are very small, be advised there are descending stairs after entrance. I believe there is a gate in laundry area, but I did not perceive it until late. We had no incidents, but just thought to share that;). Would definitely return!!
