Our stay did not disappoint! The condo was absolutely adorable! Perfect for our getaway. Nicole was very helpful and easy to communicate with! We had a great time and will be back!

The location of this unit is wonderful! We had sunset and sunrise views from our deck. The marina and intercostal waterway activities are always entertaining and we could walk to two great places to eat! The unit is nicely decorated and has everything you need. The location was convenient for exploring the surrounding beaches and villages. We will return!

As always great stay! We loved the new touches to the unit and the communication was great.

What an amazing place! Super clean and very cozy! The restaurants in the same complex as the unit are amazing too. This place is a perfect getaway. The host is amazing, too. We will definitely be back!

Everything was close to perfect.We couldn’t make the TV in the bedroom work (we are simply no geeks) and a cutting board would have been nice!Would love to come back sometime in the future

We spent much of our time on the deck overlooking beautiful water views and boats. The fresh air, sunshine, and quiet mornings and evenings rejuvenated us; the space was super clean with a comfy bed and jet spa tub. We're already planning a trip back. Check in was a snap. A very short drive to the beach, too. Southport's Fishy Fishy is a must for delicious food and wonderful outdoor atmosphere. Thank you for everything.

It was a perfect place for my daughter and I to stay for a few nights. We could walk to a couple of restaurants and close to downtown Southport. Having coffee overlooking the Marina was beautiful. It’s clean and updated!

Wonderful Waterfront Condo on the Marina Overlooking the ICW! Beautifully Decorated and Super Clean! Restaurants are within walking distance!We plan to stay again in the near future! It feels like home away from home! Biggest plus is the wonderful owners with great communication!

This is our second stay and once again it did not disappoint. The condo is well kept and clean. The view is beautiful and the hosts are truly nice people. We asked to check in early and they had things ready for us by 1 pm. We will be back!

We had the most wonderful weekend here! Check-in was seamless and the condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Can’t forget the stunning marina views! We loved spending our evenings out on the balcony. We also loved being walking distance to a great seafood restaurant. We hope to stay here again in the future!

We had another nice week at this special place. The condo is well maintained and is as described. We enjoyed exploring the region during the day and then watching the sunsets from the deck in the evening.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The posting was just as stated. Very quiet, beautiful view, great seafood restaurants nearby. We also took an early morning kayak tour and saw some interesting plants, birds, and turtles. Didn't see the huge alligator that supposedly lives there!We spent a lot of time on the deck watching the boats come and go. So pretty at night too.And last but not least is a trip to Burney's Bakery in town. Huge selection of filled croissants. You must go!

Great location with a view of the Marina. We sat on the back deck watching the boating activity and enjoying the warm sunny weather. We had a great dinner at Joseph's Italian Bistro just a few steps away from our location. Our condo was clean, quiet and well stocked. Nicole and Jim were gracious hosts.

Stayed here multiple times. Will definitely come back! Minutes to both Southport and oak Island. The view from the marina is to die for.

Rear Porch overlooking the Harbour and the waterway/marshes was lovely. The one bedroom condo was clean and as advertised. Our communication with Jim was great and we had a great visit to the area enjoying Southport and Oak Island. There are 2 restaurants to hang out at as well - perfect!Ted

Place is right on the harbor which is really beautiful....big king size bed and place is beautifully furnished...quiet...we had a few adjustments to make (internet, front door battery) the owners were very responsive to our needs....we had no hot water in the sink in the main bath...a bit frustrating...and there were no instructions on how to watch tv in the bedroom,,,it was too late to call the owners and we couldn't figure it out....otherwise, very lovely stay...front balcony is a beautiful place to sit on the water but it was a bit too cold for us....

My wife and I got away for an Anniversary weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better time! The condo was perfect! Beautiful marina views and extremely quiet. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We were able to view both the sunrise and sunset from our balcony. The place is in a great location between oak island and Southport and sort of set away from the bustle. There are a couple of great restaurants a short walk away with great views. We will stay here again for sure!

Beautiful place! Easy to work with owner. We had to adjust our schedule several times and it never was a problem. The view form then balcony and laid back atmosphere was extraordinary! There is great food available with a very short walk. The reason I gave the listing 4 stars was because I don’t remember any mention of the 14 steps you had to climb to get to the property. Not a problem for us, but could be for others. As I mentioned there is fantastic food really close by. Great benefit but did cause some parking challenges on the first night. Fortunately the restaurants close at 9:00 and the one that caused the parking issue did not open until 5:00. We had to wait for just a few minutes for someone to move and away we went. So with a little planning it was not a problem but is worth mentioning. I will absolutely stay in this beautiful place on my next visit! You can’t go wrong. The hosts are wonderful!

We have enjoyed this property a few times and will be back again!

It was the perfect place for us. There was flooding in the area as a result of record rain. The owners called us in advance , giving us an option to pick another day if we were concerned with the local flooding. Our communication regarding the issues was on point and we decided to come despite the flooding. We arrived a little late due to getting a flat tire. Nicole was able to direct us to the nearest viable town where we got it repaired in an hour. The view from the balcony is picturesque with blue waters and a marina full of boats of all sizes. We spent a good portion of our time sitting on the deck with our music while watching the yachts go in and out and the airplanes flying over from the nearby airport. The king sized bed was very comfortable. There were tvs in both the bedroom and the living room. You can get Netflix if you have your id and password. Otherwise you get spectrum. There is an Italian restaurant (Joseph's) just three doors down. Right across the marina is another nice restaurant. Even with the flooding we were able to get to Southport and Oak Island with minor delays. We ate at Fishy Fishy and Oliver's in Spouthport and both were excellent. We walked on the beach at Oak Island. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed including ice for our cooler. We loved everything about our stay and are planning another visit in the near future. You can't go wrong with this rental.

Great place for a couple getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed was provided. The location could not have been any better. Sitting on the deck, looking out over the water and the boats was so calming. We appreciated the restaurant suggestions and visited most of them. Highly recommend this property! We will reserve it again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The location was beautiful off the marina. You aren’t too far from oak island and Southport so exploring the area was a blast. I will keep this place in mind for future getaways!
