Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was very clean, no complaints there, but somehow it had a lingering smell which was not pleaseant. The location was fantastic, right on the mountain but it was a workout to get back to the room climbing all those stairs with kids. The downside to the good location was that the snow blowers are REALLY LOUD and you clearly hear them from inside the room all night. It sounds like there is a vaccum going constantly in the room. With all that being said, it was a ski vacation, and we didn't spend a lot of time in the room, so this did the job and the price was great!

We have stayed in a different unit in the past so we knew what to expect as far as location and getting to the slopes. Being able to walk to the slope is critical because parking at Sugar Mt. is limited. The checkin process is VERY inconvenient. You have to actually go pick up keys from the office versus a lockbox/electronic lock which would be SO much better. You also have to drop the keys back off at the office so if you plan to ski the last day you have to fight traffic to do so. Other than that the property was just as expected and we had a great time.

We had a great stay for Mardi Gras. Condo was perfectly located and the boys loved it. Everything was just as advertised. Will stay again.

Stayed here while teaching my 5 year old how to ski and it worked out great. The walk down to the slopes has a lot of steps, or it's just a short drive to ski parking lot.

We enjoyed our stay and loved being able to walk to the slopes.

The condo was exactly as described. The location was within walking distance to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. It provided an outstanding overlook to the slopes. I would strongly recommend this condo!!

Was very nice very comfortable. The walk to the slopes was not as far as I thought. Really cool to watch skiers go down while on the porch. Provided a little starter pack for kitchen and bathroom which was also very nice.

No fuss. Easy checkin. All went smoothly.
