The Great Escape - 3 bedroom/3 bath condo at Emerald Bay on Table Rock Lake

The property had 3 bedrooms with 2 kings 1 double and 1 twin with 3 bathrooms. It had a dining room table to hold everyone, however the kitchen is very small with no cabinet space to cook for the capacity that the space holds. There is no real lake access. Do not expect to be able to park your boat there as the slips are not rentable and private dock only. No swimming or fishing off the dock is permitted. For being advertised as on the lake is a bit misleading as you cannot have a true lake experience. The pool is not heated and there are no grills allowed on the property. The property isn't close to Branson. It was a very nice apartment very clean but the location just is not what we expected.

I loved how this condo was family friendly. We brought a bunch of my son's toys so he would have things to do while we were at the condo, but we really didn't have to. There were a few toys, games, and books already there. The hosts were so nice and replied to our messages quickly. My young son said he felt at home in this condo. We will definitely try to book it again when we go back to Branson!

Our hosts were AMAZING!!! The unit was fully stocked with extra blankets and pillows for our group of 7. We were very comfortable.

The property was very clean and felt very homey. We were there for the weekend with my family. I would highly recommend!

The property owner is extremely nice and great with communication. The only reason it isn't 5 stars across the board has to do with the gate and HOA not with the location. The condo was great and stocked with plenty of towels and seasonings, kitchen utensils etc. Beautiful view. We had some issues with the people at the gate even though the property manager gave them all of our information says before we got there. We also had some last from the HOA threaten to call the cops because we had brought an electric grill which we were told was allowed. Didn't even try to have a civilized conversation with us just came in hot and threatening. Super strange situation especially considering there were other grills at other condos. Only other down side is that it is about 30 minutes round trip to any convenience stores, but there is ice and docks and fishing on site! Thanks for the great stay!!!

Property was as advertised. Clean and had all we needed. Close enough to Branson. Had a great time!

Condo was great! We had an awesome time and looking forward to next year!

The property was great for a girls weekend for four friends. We each had our own bed and 3 bathrooms. The common area was great for hanging out, making meals together, and playing games around the table. Comfy recliners and a nice porch to have morning coffee. The keyless entry was great to not have to worry about a key. Close to the water and would be perfect if you had a boat as it's right by a boat ramp. Would come back!

We absolutely loved the property and everything about it. We had everything needed to prepare a huge dinner, sufficient towels, etc and the property owners were extremely accommodating with any & everything including recommendations for our family ventures. We can’t wait to go back & book with them again

This property was an enjoyable stay. The property was very clean and the owner was very responsive. The virtual guard at the property gate was a bit annoying for us as well the owner, but once we figured out the process it wasn't too much of a hassle. Although sometimes there was a bit of a wait to get through the guest line. The property had easy access to the local marina, just a short 1 minute walk. It was also very easy to hop over to the state park or Moonshine Beach. And it was also a quick drive back into Hollister and Branson.

We had a great time staying at this condo. Plenty of room for our family of 8. Condo was very clean and the owners were very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable stay with an even better location. Easy checkin, and they had the house stocked with some basic items that made our stay all the better.
