Stayed Jul 26, 2022*We did not get the unit we requested to reserve. *Sofa bed was Very difficult to pull out. Ended up getting it out on the third day after several attempts and was forced to leave it open for the duration of the stay. *Only one television remote worked for two televisions in separate rooms. *Check-in instructions stated to bypass the front desk. Yet when I asked VRBO for towel cards, I was told I needed to check in at the front desk to obtain them. *Bathroom fan was too loud - counter lights could not be turned on without the fan also turning on. *Beach chairs were too tall. Low profile for beach is preferred. *Elevators were Very slow. Waited for over 5 minutes at times. *Balcony doors do not lock. *Safe in closet does not work.
