The Gardens 703 | Private Hot Tub, Two Pools

We loved the high ceilings and spacious layout as well as proximity to beach and pool. Sadly the jets in the hot tub were not working for our stay and we were disappointed with the lack of basic kitchen supplies. Dishes, pots and pans were fine but not a lot of cooking essentials beyond that.

Just know that the property has no good options for being able to take you dog out. As a whole tybee has no tolerance at all for dogs on the beach, and the property has a couple hundred feet of patchy grass to take your dog out (they label it a dog park but it’s nothing). Decorations on the wall still has “Ross” tags on them. There are no windows to the outside, only the open air courtyard… which is you listen really carefully you can hear the ocean.

Unit was very nice but lacked outside views. It was very difficult to find the unit. Loved the proximity of the Deck restaurant. That made a great impression

The kitchen was great! And the thermostat was set perfectly. The host was also very quick to respond.

Hot tub jets did not work. Air conditioning froze us and couldn't be adjusted. No water pressure. Called maintenance they came but nothing was fixed. It was clean and in a perfect location

Upon arrival on Wednesday afternoon, the handle of one of the sliding glass doors came off as soon as I opened it, and I was unable to reach anyone for assistance at the time. Additionally, only one shower could be used at a time, and we discovered sand in the sheets of the master bed upon arrival.Most disappointing, however, was that the jacuzzi never worked and was not serviced during our stay. This was one of the main reasons we booked the property, as we were looking forward to our children being able to enjoy it.

This place was beautiful and had everything we needed for our vacation

This VRBO was very clean, comfy beds, plenty of towels and extra blankets. The kitchen was well appointed and perfect for a weekend beach kitchen. We were well able to keep the unit quite cool for sleeping and comfortable during the day as well. Our only challenge was parking. Could have used more information before arriving as to where to park. The passes were readily available in the unit, however we did not know that until we had parked (we just guessed where to go). This was our only glitch, and after the fact it wasn't a big deal at all...but stressful up front until we checked in. Management was VERY timely in returning our inquiries.

Great days in the sun with family

The condo was spacious, plenty of room for seven people! Water pressure could have been better, but it’s ok. Being so close to the beach and walking distance to everywhere was great!
