Stayed Sep 2, 2025Hot tub jets did not work. Air conditioning froze us and couldn't be adjusted. No water pressure. Called maintenance they came but nothing was fixed. It was clean and in a perfect location

Stayed Aug 27, 2025Upon arrival on Wednesday afternoon, the handle of one of the sliding glass doors came off as soon as I opened it, and I was unable to reach anyone for assistance at the time. Additionally, only one shower could be used at a time, and we discovered sand in the sheets of the master bed upon arrival.Most disappointing, however, was that the jacuzzi never worked and was not serviced during our stay. This was one of the main reasons we booked the property, as we were looking forward to our children being able to enjoy it.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025This VRBO was very clean, comfy beds, plenty of towels and extra blankets. The kitchen was well appointed and perfect for a weekend beach kitchen. We were well able to keep the unit quite cool for sleeping and comfortable during the day as well. Our only challenge was parking. Could have used more information before arriving as to where to park. The passes were readily available in the unit, however we did not know that until we had parked (we just guessed where to go). This was our only glitch, and after the fact it wasn't a big deal at all...but stressful up front until we checked in. Management was VERY timely in returning our inquiries.
