The Float Inn. Beautiful Condo Overlooking the Comal, Across from Schlitterbahn

Clean and spacious. Coffee bar was greatly appreciated. Would recommend some kind of soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. A/C worked very well. We had an enjoyable time.

Suzanne was amazing and answered all of my questions almost immediately. The property was super close to the river and clean. There were many blankets and it was so cozy! Such a fun stay!!!!

We had a unique experience during our stay: our group had three different condos rented in this exact same complex at the same time. Because of that, we were able to compare them directly, and Suzanne’s unit blew the others out of the water.From start to finish, Suzanne was unmatched:Communication: Flawless and prompt.Logistics: Check-in, check-out, and house rules were the most straightforward and reasonable of the bunch.The Rental Itself: Easily the nicest, cleanest, and most comfortable unit we saw.Where Suzanne truly wins is in the details. The other units in this complex were honestly a joke when it came to basic hospitality—they skimped on everything with the cheapest beds and sheets, barely any towels, one or two coffee pods, and a couple of rolls of toilet paper.Not at Suzanne’s. She actually cares about her guests' comfort. Everything from the quality of the sheets and towels to the fully stocked coffee and essentials was top-notch. You will not be nickel-and-dimed or annoyed by the dumb stuff here, which we greatly appreciated.If you are looking at this complex, save yourself the headache and book with Suzanne!

Host was very easy to communicate with and the location was perfect for our stay! Everything was clean! The view of the river was great to have coffee!

What a relaxing experience. Our group was looking for a relaxing long weekend and this place did not disappoint. Everything was comfortable and clean and the patio overlooking the river was awesome. The owners have taken great care to make this condo feel like a resort and it did not disappoint. Can’t wait to come back again.

Float Inn was the perfect get-away for my husband and me. The downstairs and upstairs had large wall to wall windows overlooking the beautiful spring-fed Comal River. The huge primary bedroom had a vaulted ceiling and each bedroom had its own bathroom. I loved having a bathtub! Each floor had a large covered balcony. We could sit outside even when it rained. An added bonus is the covered parking. The complex has its own private entry onto the river. I can’t think of anything this home did not provide….. just a really nice place to escape to!

Probably the most beautiful, tastefully-decorated places we've ever stayed in. Loved everything about it!

Clean and well equipped. Balconies were spacious and offered a very nice River view. Pool was large and plenty of lounge chairs.

Our hostess was top-notch! Always communicated in a very timely manner!

Everything about our stay was perfect ! The ease of checking in . It felt like home . Everything you could possibly need was provided. Beautiful view I can’t say enough about it .

Amenities were awesome, check-in was seamless, kitchen was stocked with everything needed, and it was in a great location close to downtown. The host was great, and the place was great. We’d love to book again

Everything about this condo is perfect. Location, check in, amenities in the condo, river acccess, Schlitterbahn location, parking, and comfy beds. We will be back. Suzanne was amazing. She was so responsive to questions and made our stay flawless. My kids loved fishing in the Comal in the morning.

We had an amazing stay at the Float Inn! Suzanne was fabulous and so easy to communicate with! The accommodations and location were perfect. Condo is well stocked, and the beds are very comfortable. What a perfect relaxing weekend with a great view of the river and wildlife!!!

This place has it all! We felt at home because it was super clean and comfortable, good beds, nice decor, and a great view! Everything is right there within walking distance: tubing, water park, restaurants, and deer everywhere. Easy check in and out. We’ll be back!
