The Enclave 904 by Liquid Life

A well-equipped condo in a quiet building. We enjoyed our stay.

Great time for our family vacation with the grandparents.

Perfect for our family, safe balcony for toddlers, convenient pool for toddlers, not to crowded of an area in August. The condo had everything we needed for cooking, quiet rooms, good ac and appliances.

Easy check in. Very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, great stay. Only problem was a leak from the ceiling..which wasn't the owner's fault. Would definitely recommend to others.

The kids bedroom did not have a TV. One bedroom TV did not work. Not enough parking to ensure we had room to park if we went out in the evening. Two of the beds squeeked, waking up those sharing the room and those sleeping on those beds. The pool was nice. The view of the beach amazing. Too many codes to remember, room, pool, and beach access.

The condo is beautiful, looks exactly as pictured, great view. However we did run into to an issue with the washer, it was leaking, and we notified liquid life, the management company, immediately. They were aware of the issues and said it had happened before. They then drug their feet for the length of our stay saying it was going to be taken care of that day or the next. They assured us it would be done. We had to call each day for an update. They never called us once to tell us anything. And when I called and asked to speak to a manager at the end of our trip they blamed it on the condo owner and said they were really sorry nobody told us before now but the washer needed to be replaced. They told us we could feel free to go to a laundromat and do the laundry and they would reimburse us. When I told them I was not interested in sitting in a laundromat on my vacation they offered to have our laundry done for us but it would be 48 hour turn around. We were scheduled to leave the next day, I told them that would have been a great offer BEFORE the end of our trip, as we were leaving the next day. None of this would have been an issues had they been upfront with us from the start. We would have been understanding. Instead they strung us along for a week and offered very little in the end.

Very nice condo. Great beach view. Cooked some meals; need to get nonstick cookware. Not enough toilet paper provided. First bedroom on the right the fan was wabbly. Overall, we enjoyed a clean, roomy and comfortable stay. Check in/check out was very smooth. Received good communication with Liquid. Life and Vrbo

We loved the condo. It was clean and had so much room for our family. Would defiantly stay there again.

Great location right on the beach! Very clean and well organized and the perfect amount of space for my girls retreat. If you're bringing little ones, I had my 10 month old and he could crawl around and explore without me feeling like he was breaking things or getting into too much danger. I just brought a few outlet covers and that was the extent of my baby proofing the place. The BEST part was the digital guidebook that got texted to me before we arrived. It really helped to know in advance what would be provided for us as far as cleaning supplies, linens, etc. and then we could plan ahead and pack what we needed and not make an unnecessary store run.

Suggest putting parking permit in Condo. Had a hard time getting one.

Overall everything was great! We had a few issues with the dryer and some tvs not working but over all the view made it all worth it!
