The property and location was fantastic. It gets a little noisy in the bed room near the street but otherwise fantastic.

The condo is a very nice and clean. The view is awesome.

This property is spacious and comfortable with a wonderful view. As the listing says, it does sit above stores in the bay front, there are stairs, and parking can be less than ideal. The location is fun and easy access to lots of great local dining and shops.

It was a beautiful spot to stay, the place was immaculate and extremely comfortable, and felt like home. I didn’t want to go back to reality. Could have stayed in this dream space forever!

We had a great time. The neighbors next door were really loud at times. The bathroom with the pedestal sink coil benefit from a medicine cabinet as there is not a lot of room for toiletries. We couldn’t get the river view bedroom door to lock.

The condo was very nice and comfortable. The view was beautiful!! Even with the rain the ability to walk to everything we needed was wonderful. Definitely worth renting again.

Absolutely loved everything! Second time staying here and we want to come back again. It was perfect with my brother's family Next door and we had plenty of room with the couple that was staying with us. Everything was spotless, and well stocked, and the furnishings were absolutely beautiful. It was fun being right downtown and able to walk around. We highly recommend this to anybody wanting to stay in a nice, comfortable spot plus the beds were fabulous.

We love the layout of this unit- plenty of space. Very cozy and welcoming- the artwork is beautiful. Bedrooms spacious and beds are very comfortable. Host is a delight and is always available if needed. This was our 2nd time there and we will be back for many years. The de know a great size and view is wonderful! Get a view of sunrise in the am.

Absolutely wonderful! We came to crab so the location right above the crabbing dock was ideal. Right in town so restaurants are all within walking distance. The layout of the condo made for comfortable, relaxing evenings. We just love this place. Made for a glorious vacation. We will be back next year!

The condo is located right on the river. With outstanding views. It is also right in the middle of old town with restaurants galore and a great bakery with the best cinnamon buns. The condo is well appointed with everything you will need for an extended stay.

words fail me. The experience of staying in a private Art gallery tastefully furnished and perfectly set beside the Siusla Bay, where cormorants fish and osprey parents teach their fledglings to coast and dive is beyond words.

Huge space, beautiful decor (it is like staying in an art gallery). Very well furnished with everything we needed! Great bedrooms, view, location. Very pleasantly surprised. Only comment is we were put off by a tipping envelope for cleaning given the cleaning fee paid.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Dunes! The location is perfect in downtown old Florence with shops and restaurants all around you. The view is stunning from the back deck and the place is so clean and beautifully decorated. The beach is less than a 10 minute drive as well. Book it. You will not regret it.

We loved our little getaway in this cute condo! The beds are so comfortable and the sheets are silky smooth. A very nice view of the lake and right in the middle of downtown!

Great place to experience florence

The Dunes condo is wonderful; the location is perfect, very clean, spacious, well appointed and the host could not be nicer. She responded to our messages very quickly and was always positive and helpful. She also left us a little welcome box of chocolates which was much appreciated. One of our favorite features of this lovely home was the view, just like the rest of the home…Perfection!

This owner was amazing to work with. We had a issue with our flight and she adjusted our stay for us immediately can’t say enough nice things about this unit. Would love to come back.

This condo was perfect for our week long girls getaway! Owners are awesome! Nice place to call home for the week.

Rainy windy weather…walk out your door to Bay Street. Family played games did puzzles while looking out at the river. Barbecue on the deck family dinners…the oversized apartment was perfect.

A trip that was supposed to be our family of 4 turned into just my husband and son. They had a wonderful time and loved waking up to the view! My husband said we’ll have to go back soon! The place was perfect!

This 2 BR, 2 BA apartment is lovely. The location - above a storefront with a spectacular view of the river - can’t be beat. You are steps away from great restaurants and shops, yet close to parking. And again, the view. This apartment is well appointed. All there is to do is sit down and enjoy.

What can I say except that this place was fantastic! It was very spacious and clean. Although my brother and I didn’t get much of a chance to fully enjoy the unit due to the nature of our visit, the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were perfect for our needs. The added convenience of a washer and dryer was a bonus. Tammy, the property contact, was very pleasant and attentive throughout our stay. One thing to note is that the unit is on the second floor, so there are stairs to access it. I look forward to our next visit. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Our stay at the Dunes was everything it said it would be. It was very clean, the furniture and beds were comfortable, and the views of the river and the bridge awesome. It was so nice to be in old town and so close to all the activities, and it was quiet at night. We will be back!

Wonderful views from both the living room and the deck. Excellent location. Very comfortable and well appointed. It was great to be able to walk out our front door and instantly be among the many shops and great restaurants. You can't beat the location of the property! Off one side you are right in historic downtown Florence and off the other your sitting on the balcony overlooking the river and Florence Bridge!

Location was perfect. Easy entry with helpful instructions from host. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. View was amazing with all the fishing boats and birds. We had a great time. The condo was very comfortable and we spent a lot of time on the deck

The property was very nice, and the location is in the middle of the tourist area, which was great because within one min., you can walk to many restaurants, shops, cafes, and gift shops in either direction. The boats in the harbor are within easy walking distance. The unit itself is on the second floor. The balcony was great and overlooked the water. We spend a lot of time out there. We already have it on our calendar to book next year here. The unit was spotless, large (BIG master bedroom), nicely decorated, clean, etc. You will enjoy your stay. Carol

Awesome place! Lots of room for 4 adults. Parking a bit of a hassle, but other than that it was a fantastic place and would come back in a heartbeat!
