The Cozy Place - Pointe Royale Condo – Perfect for Couples!

We had a Staycation, so my rating is reflecting the condo itself since we didn’t leave at all. The size is good and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. It is an old condo and has sulfur water which would be nice if you listed it on the description because I had surgery and had open wound and couldn’t get it wet with sulfur water. Also it makes the whole apartment smell like rotten eggs. There wasn’t any coffee or tea provided (wasn’t an Keurig like listing said)and only 1 laundry pod. Which made it inconvenient because you are required to wash your own towels when checking out. If you are not staying all day in condo it’s a good place but if you are looking for a hideaway there are better choices.

Great communication, gated community on golf course, loved sitting on the balcony and watching the golfers and squirrels! Small, but had everything we needed for our 40th anniversary getaway!

We loved the area. Place was clean, but we could smell old cigarette smoke. I recommend a mattress topper as the mattress is too firm & not very comfortable. We would stay there again as long as the smoke smell has been taken care of.

We especially enjoyed the 3rd floor balcony over the golf course. The huge oak tree gave us privacy and a good view. Nice place to stay.

The property is true to the photos. With that being said, I know it’s summer time and being around water and in Branson, bugs are around. I killed two spiders while we stayed here. There were bug traps out. One was a small spider but one was a brown recluse (fiddle back).The check in process was easy and it was stressed to not arrive before 4 pm. We have stayed at this property before but in other units. Just know that at 4 pm, everyone rushes to check in, so it can be backed up and can take a bit. The wifi info wasn’t correct, but it was quickly rectified. The shower pressure was just okay. There were enough towels, pillows, etc. The only reason I gave this listing and “okay” was the bed. It was so firm and hard. I did not sleep well at all while we were there. I don’t need to sleep on a cloud, but it was super uncomfortable. If you like an extremely firm mattress, you’ll be fine. The unit is on the third floor, so if you cannot climb steps, be mindful of that. The hosts communicated well and were super nice. Would I stay here at this particular unit again? Probably not. However, we will be back.

This place was perfect. It was peaceful and the surroundings were beautiful. The amenities were great. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great vacation.

This property is clean, bed is good, but the decor is very dated. The dining table chairs are the most uncomfortable chairs I have ever encountered. There are no throws to use to cozy up with and there were exactly 2 teaspoons in the drawer..again..it was a place to sleep for us, but there's no luxury involved.

We had a couple nights stay here and it was just what we needed. Enough space to be separate from our kids when they slept, entertainment for the kids, a place to store food and a wonderful facility if we wanted it. It was well put together and had all we needed for our stay.

Beautiful unit with views of 17th hole. Host was extremely communicative and receptive to feedback. Super easy check-in and loved having the amenity card for the gate so as to not have to wait to be let in. Great amenities for cooking and plenty of extra toiletries. Only negatives we had were that the couch wasn't the most comfortable and the bed was very firm so we bought a mattress topper and slept much better after the first night.

The property was exactly how it looked. It had all the appliances and tools that we needed for a weekend getaway. Check in and check out was super easy and communicating with them was simple and effective.

The perfect getaway for the holiday. It was nice and clean, very cozy for just staying in to relax yet great location for all of our adventures. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Management was very quick to respond to questions. We look forward to staying again!

We had a great stay! We had trouble getting the key card to work, but the staff was very friendly and quickly helped get that issue resolved! The only thing I would note is that the shower faucet is a little dated and kind of hard to use and there isnt much pressure but it's not a complaint just a suggestion to upgrade it. The property was as advertised. It accompanied my family of 4 perfect. Check in was easy and everything was as described other than the coffee maker. I read in the description it was a Keurig so I packed pods and it was a regular coffee pot. Not a big deal, I was just trying to avoid a grocery trip for such a short stay. Overall it was clean and nicely decorated, the only things I noticed were the top lip of the counter in the bathroom had not been cleaned in sometime and our sheets were put on backwards or inside out. We loved the location and all the amenities and would stay again.
