The Chocolate Diamond Resort

Resort was beautiful! Some concerns with outlets not working and toilet was broken.

Excellent stay in this beautiful condo fully equipped and tastefully decorated.

Host communicates well! 2nd time staying at this condo. Fantastic resort for families. Will stay again next year.

Great location and views! The decor was cute and the apartment was spacious. We loved the lazy river and the kids loved the game room.

We come to these condos every year and jump around units frequently. Almost all of them have good amenities but this one really has it all. It came stocked with enough towels, utensils, trash bags, and even pool gear! We really felt as though we over packed with all they had. Also the unit was well cleaned and neat! Thanks for a great visit!

Nice stay for the price.Plenty of roomIf you bring K-cups, bring your own Keurig coffee pot, they have a regular coffee pot.No fans in living room or bedrooms, but the A/C works good.Bring extra toilet paper their was only 2 rolls in condo.Overall it was decent to stay in for the price.

Tons of pools(inside & outside), lazy river pool, great view of the gulf from the balcony, easy access to the beach ( no crossing a street). Our host thought of guest needs: coolers, sand toys, etc. Comfortable, clean condo with garage parking. Resort had a game room and use of floats as well. 10 out of 10 rating

Enjoyed our stay. Unit was comfortable and clean. Pools were fun. Children enjoyed the play room. We hardly left the grounds.

Property was nice. They seemed to still be repairing from last year's hurricane but it didn't impede use of the amenities. Condo was as described. Plenty of room for us and our 2 grown kid's families.

We really enjoyed everything about the property. Its very secure and safe. Pools and hot tub were on point and Brooke was very responsive and helpful. We will return!

Unfortunately we arrived days after hurricane for our trip and didn’t get to enjoy the amenities of the facility but we made best of it in our beautiful condo for week! You won’t be disappointed to stay here! Property manager was responsive and easy to work with!

Smokers Beware - there is absolutely no smoking on the property - you have to actually walk out the gates and stand on the road. This is something that should have been made known beforehand, we had 2 smokers in our group and having to stand on the side of a busy road was not only humiliating, but it is also dangerous. A small area outside the front entrance would be so easy to provide. There are A LOT of rules - 3 pages worth, and the staff are everywhere to ensure enforcement. However, the property is beautiful, the staff are helpful and friendly. Indoor pool was a saving grace when it rained the first day. Everyone enjoyed the Game Room with free video games, pinball, pool, shuffleboard and foosball. Direct Beach Access, walking distance. The pools and lazy river were totally fantastic. The pool bar was only open for a few hours on Saturday, but that was fine as they do not allow you to bring your own drinks when it's open. The condo was comfortable and clean and had most everything you need. The view was spectacular! Suggestion - a pair of utility scissors would be nice.
