Stayed Jun 18, 2026Wonderful place to stay. We only had problems communicating with the resort…their English was very limited and several times they just agreed and said ok and or couldn’t answer our questions with an accurate answer. This was mostly with directions and or simple requests. Mostly just nodded and smiled or said yes or ok.

Stayed Mar 16, 2025We came back to The Charter after being here last year. The shuttle service is a big plus. Did miss the spa that was in the building. Overall, nice stay and we will return.
