The Central Loft, Downtown, Mountain Views

Was everything we hoped

We got there, opened the door and there was already an occupant. Expedia and Vrbo did not communicate and we were left with no where to stay on our anniversary over a holiday weekend.

We were close to everything and could walk to downtown. Loved the bakery and coffee shop a couple of places down. Restful. Clean. Nice.

Centrally located and spacious unit.

Lovely, spacious right in the middle of historic Pagosa Springs with shops and restaurants. Great instructions and communication with owner.

The place was clean and decent for a small family, unfortunately the owner did not contact me with the access codes like Hotels.com told me they would over email. The only way I was able to get into the property is because I thankfully ran into a nice lady in the architect offices right next to to the property door that knew the owner and the access codes for the property. If I did not run into her I’d probably be sleeping in my car that night. I did check all my emails, spam and trash, I DID contact hotels.com and even the number that they said was the owners but nothing helped. If you rent out this property make sure you contact the owner before you even get to the place and don’t rely on the owner to actually send you the emailed information:/ overall decent stay but the no contact part was very irritating and sounds like common sense to contact your customers with your home information before they get there:/

It was a very pleasant stay. A great spot to enjoy with no rush or hustle. Would go back!

Bath tub too tall difficult to get in and out of.

Awkward to access unit and missing towels in bath. Tv difficult to operate. No real access to local programming

This condo is located in walking distance to old downtown Pagosa and The Springs Resort/hot springs. The condo is cute and well maintained and had most provisions. It was nice having the washer/dryer and laundry soap available. The only negatives were the amounts of hair on the bedspread/pillowcases.

It was perfect.

We stayed for just a night here so we could explore Pagosa Springs for NYE. Very good location and able to walk to all the bars, restaurants and shops. The bed was okay, but overall good place for a quick stay

Just a wonderful loft in Pagosa Springs. Convenient parking and private access. Highly recommended!

Very clean, bed was very hard

It was walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the hot springs!

The upstairs loft space was great. It's small but has everything we needed for a long weekend retreat in Pagosa Springs. Easy walking to everywhere in town. We thought we would have preferred the deck facing the main road for a view but it turned out to be great facing away from the road. Much quieter and we could spot the deer up on the hill behind the house. We would certainly return to this spot for future trips. Thank you.

Close to everything

First main issue: When we got into the property it was very cold. We were very tired from our drive in. We opened up windows and tried to find the thermostat. I reached out to the host and they did not respond until 4 days later. Basically telling me “sucks to suck” and that I missed something in their booklet. I didn’t. The temp is supposed to be set at 65 according to their booklet and instead it was set to 56 which is 13 Celsius. We froze our butts off. There was hair in the bathroom and under the bed. The handle on the fridge door is located under the freezer door, there was a pool of water and ice in the door handle. The bathroom tub is INSANE to try to get in and out of

Spent 3 nights and loved it. Quiet and within walking distance to hot springs, shopping and restaurants. Close to park and walking trails. Room was comfortable for my husband and I. Would come back for sure.
