Beautiful and quaint, charming and affordable! Even enjoyed a new furniture delivery during our stay. We had the best time and truly savored every second! From the convenient location to the exceptional service and friendly recommendations, we just couldn’t have had a better experience!

This place was a little piece of heaven! I really enjoyed everything from the court yard, pool and rental unit. Absolutely amazing!!

This location vs cost ratio is fantastic! The apartment was in great condition and had everything we needed. We arrived just a little early but the cleaners let us drop some food in the fridge and luggage off before headed back out to let them finish which was amazing and we really appreciated that.

very easy check in; tiny but efficient kitchen. We did not cook but made coffee in the mornings - bring your own pods, creamer, etc. This is a perfect location - didn't need a car and able to walk every where we needed to go!

Lois was great to deal with. No issues at all, as advertised and great location.

Five of us went to Key West to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. This was perfect for five adults! There were king beds and a futon. We loved that it had plenty of outdoor seating, including a porch and a back deck right off of the condo, and the pool area had lounge chairs and tables. The garden area was well-kept with landscapers cleaning the leaves and a pool guy cleaning the pool! The pool was the perfect size with warm water and plenty of shade to cool down after a long day of touring. It was a very short walk to Duval Street, but also a very quiet retreat to get away from the busy area. On our last night, we sat under the garden lights and had drinks while talking about our trip. Lois was great with communication, too! We loved it there and would definitely stay again!

Charming older quaint property. We loved it. Loved the grounds and it's location. Clean but had a slight damp musky smell. Not bad and suspect it's related to it being an older property in a warm humid environment. It would not prevent me from booking again or recommending it for a stay at Key West. In fact my wife and I and are friends agree that we may book this property again on our next trip to Key West.

This is our second time at Hollinsed House. We love it for its location, but came back because we knew that it had everything we needed. it has a kitchen, a balcony and it's clean and spacious. You never feel like you're on top of each other. Also, the pool was a welcome respite at the end of every hot day's activity. The host was extremely responsive, too.

I took a couple of friends to Key West to celebrate my 70th birthday. Lois was very kind in helping set up my reservation, and she provided fresh towels every day. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and fresh. I truly enjoyed the stay. Well done, Lois!

The Hollinsed House was a great place to stay while we were in Key West. It was a little over a block off of Duval Street and the property was fairly priced. The property manager was nice and easy to deal with. I will certainly look at this place again for any future visits!

This is a great property for a family. Lots of room and the kitchen was everything we needed to prepare some meals. The pool and garden were very relaxing and a nice cool spot to get out of the heat. Loved our stay and will be back.relaxinganand
