The Blue Llama- on the Guadelupe river! 2 pools, 1 heated, 4 hot tubs

Had a great time and the property was beautiful and in a perfect location! I’ll definitely stay there again?

This was the perfect setting in New Braunfels to allow us to see family members from Austin to San Antonio! Ample room for 4 adults and a pet and all the amenities we needed for an extended stay. We really enjoyed the location and this specific property. Our Host provided everything we needed and made the experience one we would like to repeat!

The instruction of what to do when leaving the condo are very confusing. The initial instructions, the ones I printed at home say to strip the beds. The instructions for getting into the condo are not easy to find on VRBO app for someone who is not familiar with navigating the app. (Messages shows a picture of the condo) didn't know I had to double click on picture to get my message. The clock in the living room was not working (Dead battery). There was only one blow dryer available the first night. The night lights in the long dark hallway would not stay plugged in. (new ones were delivered the next day) The rug mats outside the showers needed cleaning. We had to put a parking pass on our car (we had nothing to write with) which could have been disastrous if they had towed us away.

Host was amazing. My family enjoyed it so much. I will absolutely be returning.

1st time staying and absolutely had the best time. Check in/out was easy. Atmosphere was laid back aka vacation mode on point. Everybody was mostly friendly!

Quiet condos, close to everything!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was incredibly well kept, clean, and spacious—perfect for our family. The space had such a warm, homey feel that made it easy to relax and settle in right away. You can tell the owners put thought and care into the details. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly place to stay!

The house was a great place to stay and a perfect location. It was a short drive to New Braunfels to float. We would stay here again!

Everything was great. We had a great time the pools and the proximity to everything in town was perfect.

Process was really easy. The only bad thing was the batteries on the door were dying so sometimes it would be hard to open. The hot tub was great.

We had the best trip with family and friends! The condo was great, beautiful and big. There was plenty of room for all of us! The property is gorgeous! The host even sent us a treat from Nothing Bundt Cakes! Would definitely stay again and recommend!
