We appreciated the close proximity to shops, restaurants, bakeries and ice cream. CVS is a short walk away. We loved that we could access the pool and beach right from the balcony. The condo was very clean and nice. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful stay!

Gigi is a wonderful, responsive hostess. The condo is comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. The view of the beach is fantastic! Saw dolphins daily and amazing sunsets. I highly recommend this wonderful vacation rental

Our stay was great. Everything was thought of and well supplied. The only negative would be the upstairs neighbors. You can hear all their footsteps but there isn’t anything to be done about that. Thanks for a great vacation spot.

This was our second time staying here and it was just amazing this time as the last. The property is very well maintained and equipped with all that we needed to make for a beautifully relaxing trip. We love the Indian Rocks Beach. The sand is soft and very walkable. The water is amazing! The beach and direct access can't be topped. The pool is great, stays clean and provides a nice backdrop to nights on the balcony. The views are amazing and the sunsets are breathtaking! There are many local shops and restaurants in walking distance plus many more just a quick drive away. We absolutely love staying here and will reserve it every chance we get! The host is very responsive and checks in to make sure the stay is going well. Can't wait to return!

Place was clean and modern. Had everything we needed and will definitely be back. We know it’s the entire condo but we missed the shuffleboard. Hoping the Condo agrees to bring it back.

Gigi is the best host. She’s super responsive and kind. Her condo is lovely and clean. The beds are comfortable. The pillows and towels are all fluffy and new. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking equipment. The porch overlooking the ocean is wonderful.

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful time and the view was spectacular. Even though we had quite a situation occur while we were there, the host did everything possible to handle it and make it right. Communication was easy throughout all of it. The description of the place, the pictures, and the closeness to the beach were all amazing. We appreciate Gigi’s understanding of the situation and staying in constant communication with us to make sure it was all being fixed.

View out the slidng glass door to the ocean from your 2nd flood balcony is amazing. Very kid friendly with pool in view of your balcony. Located extremely close to numerous restaurants and a convenient CVS. If you are looking for right on the wayer and super convenient and awesome. Well then this is it.

The whole property including the pool and common area is kept very clean. Condo itself is exactly how the pictures show. The bunk beds were perfect for 3 small kids. Stairway to the pool comes in clutch. We have already rebooked for next year.

We spent our Massachusetts schools’ April vacation at Indian Rocks Beach. We wanted low-key vacation with easy access to the beach. This condo was perfect for us! Great location, very clean.

We loved our stay in Indian Rocks. The condo was very clean. The owner got back to us very quickly when we had questions. The view is amazing! I would stay there again.

The condo is just as beautiful and clean in person as it is in the pics. They had all that we needed to make our stay very comfortable and convenient (dishes, utensils, coffee maker, etc).We loved the views and direct access to the beautiful beach. The pool is a nice touch for red flag days but we love the sea and sand the most. The walkability to local shops and restaurants/bars is also a major plus. It was an easy and scenic drive over to Clearwater for a sunset cruise, and another easy drive over to the Treasure Island area for the Sunday sunset beach party.The host was very responsive and proactively checked in with us about our stay.I highly recommend the property and hope it's available for our next visit to the area.

The location of this property is the best. You have the sunset and literally 50 steps to the gulf. The pool is always so clean and inviting. Love swimming at night when the lights are on too. Condo was great and very kitchen was equipped for cooking meals. Overall, great stay and we would love to come back!

We've stayed in IRB a few times now, but this is by far the nicest place we've rented. We loved the place so much, that we really rarely left! The house has everything you need. Just show up and enjoy the amazing pool, beach, and sunsets. Walkable to coffee, restaurants, beach shops and CVS. We brought our 10 month old baby, and really appreciated the toys, books, and infant seat with tray for meals. We hope to come back again next year!

This place worked great for our family of 5. Short walk to the sand, pool is right there, food and shopping walkable nearby. Definitely a great place to stay.
