The Beach Place. Amazing Ocean Front Views!

Beach view and closeness was perfect hearing the ocean every night I didn't even need a sound machine to sleep! Thank you for the amazing week. Hopefully will be back soon!

The condo was clean, great location and amazing views.The kitchen provided everything I needed to cook meals even a crock pot. Note that I did bring some things from home but kitchen was stocked. I did have a little trouble with one of the burners on the stove, it seemed like the element may be not working right. The condo was spacious and clean. The walk up the stairs could be hard for some but didn’t cause us any problems even with carrying bags. My husband has bad knees and took it slow and didn’t have any trouble. We did use the luggage lift and it worked fine for us.We would definitely rent again

Laundry was convenient. 1st floor. A lot of shops and restaurants were closed bc it was out of season.

OMG! The view is absolutely beautiful. I loved the tall chairs on the deck overlooking the beach. The place is so spacious amd cozy. I will be going back!

Everything about this place is just as listed! The view from balcony/deck is perfection - the best viewpoint for the sunrise! It’s our second time staying here and we will definitely be back. The unit is clean, kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfy!

Wonderful property. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, amazing views. The condo was very cozy, the decor was calming and made us feel right at home. Love the separate coffee area and the other little touches. We will be back!

Luggage lift did not work. Appears to have been broken for a long period of time. If had known in advance that it was not working would not have stayed there . Will not book again or recommend it. Not suitable for elderly people.

Condo was fabulous! Careful attention giving to everything ( hangars, blankets, Keurig & Mr Coffee, etc.) Super clean! Loved laid back location

It is a beautiful condo, well-kept, and immaculately clean. It is right on the beach with a fantastic view of the water from the balcony. We had a wonderful stay.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The condo was clean, well equipped, nicely decorated, and perfectly located near the ocean.

I stayed here with my 2 little girls and husband. The condo was clean and well decorated. Nancy checked in with me halfway through our stay. The luggage lift wasn’t working so I let her know. She contacted the HOA and they sent someone out right away to fix it. Overall, it was great!

View was so beautiful. We saw SO many dolphins. It was cold and rainy for the majority of our stay but the condo was comfy and with such a beautiful view of the sea we didn’t mind. We had dinner at good winds and it was yummy, close and had a great view of the sunset. Even during the off season I highly recommend staying here! Nancy was a great host!

This is a great property right on the beach. One bedroom has two windows facing the ocean, providing fantastic views. We saw dolphins and enjoyed sitting on the porch for an unparalled view. The unit has all the essentials for an enjoyable stay in the OBX.

My vacation was very relaxing

Condo was easy to find, clean and was just as pictured. We’ve stayed in this building a few times before, but this oasis caught my eye due to the high chairs on the deck and the larger kitchen counter too, island as we like to cook and stand around and talk. Communication was perfect and so was the stay. I will 100% choose this condo again next year if available.

Nancy's place is in a great location, with excellent proximity to the beach. The balcony that overlooks the beach is perfect for watching a peaceful sunrise with a hot cup of coffee, or having a quiet conversation with a glass of wine in hand. The condo was the perfect size for 2 moms with 4 children ages 1-4. We found it to be very safe for small children as well. It is well appointed and comfortable. I was in need of some peace and relaxation and I found it here. Nancy was also very responsive regarding pre-arrival and post-departure questions I had. I highly recommend, and we will be back.

This condo is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated & just what we needed. Sitting on the porch deck watching the sunrise every morning while drinking coffee was a sheer delight. The owner, it's wonderful with communication, & provided everything we need for a comfortable stay. You'll never go wrong booking this condo.for your vacation.... We were blessed

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The deck overlooking the ocean was wonderful for seeing the sunrise and great for relaxing. We also enjoyed the pool and were usually the only ones there. The location was great for getting away from the crowds and congestion of Kitty Hawk and we walked for quite a few miles every day along the beach. The condo itself was very clean and decorated with a beach theme. We will come back and stay here again.
