Stayed Feb 13, 2024Property is well located, but that is about the best thing. Furniture is stained, bathtub/shower is in bad need of new faucets and caulking. Toilet seems shaky and runs every so often. Basically the place feels a bit run down, and it shows. Needs TLC.

Stayed Dec 20, 2023I rented the property for a month and it’s exactly what others say. Clean, well supplied and excellent location for restaurants, the lake, local shopping and music events. Didn’t need to call Toby once.

Stayed Nov 12, 2022Appreciate all the host has done to make this location in South Lamar a beautiful stay. The amenities checked all the boxes a guest could think of and the location was conveniently in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from downtown. I would certainly look to stay here again for an Austin visit in the future.
