The Atlantic Hotel and Spa is my go to place!! Our unit was great!!

Great property, I think toliet paper should be included unlimited regardless of it being a rental.

Overall a good and relaxing stay

Beautiful property for a relaxing week on the beach. Staff (check-in, restaurant and cleaning) we all so nice. The property is well maintained. 2 beach chairs and towels included. No car required for the week. We walked everywhere. Lots of places to eat and shop. The small kitchen area was nice for coffee & snacks. My daughter and I can't wait to come back next year.

Great stay and responsive host. Only downside was the weather but you can’t control that.

The room was very clean and updated. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and on site bar/restaurant and there were also many restaurants within walking distance.

Having the restaurant, pool, pool bar and dining, beach with chairs and a bar…amazing! I did not like having a parking fee. It would seem a 1 car per unit would not be unreasonable. Staff were very friendly.

Was told we could check in early and that no one was staying at the property before us. When we got there we still had to wait three hours before checking in. Odd smell in the condo. There was something that looked like blood on the curtains.

We stayed at this property for four nights in April 2025. We did not rent a car and I'm glad we didn't because the parking is tough and expensive at the hotel. Pros: The room was clean and we thought the Nespresso machine was a nice touch in the room, the shower pressure was awesome, the pool overlooked the ocean and was clean. The cons would be: our room needed new mattresses as they were pretty uncomfortable, I wish the lobby bar had an espresso machine for an afternoon cup of coffee ( not a big deal, just a suggestion), there's a small shop in the lobby but the prices are outrageous. 10 for Pringles! Overall place was nice and we enjoyed our time. Also, if you decide not to rent a car, there is a free service that will pick you up around the hotel area and take you in around fort Lauderdale within a certain area. There is an app you can put on your phone and request pickup at a specific location and drop off. It was a really nice thing to learn about.

We had a great time, right on the beach with access to beach chairs and towels(umbrella extra charge), room was nice and clean, no issues with check in or out, valet was very efficient, Larry was very responsive, answering all my questions super quickly super fast

Overall a great spot! Took off one star for cleanliness (but we understand not the owners fault) and the unit is a little dated. It is definitely a family-friendly hotel. It was quiet every night, we did not hear any partying. We enjoyed the pool, it was perfect for our kiddo who spent hours every day in it. It was a bonus having the bar right at the pool for food and drinks. The beach and pool views from the room are amazing. The unit is a short walk to many restaurants and the Hugh Taylor Birch Park. The owner was great and he answered questions promptly. We would definitely return!

Building and property are beautiful and well maintained. Our room was a little dirty upon arrival, I'm sure not the owner fault and tile shower needs to be regrouted/ heavy mold.

The room had mold all over it, on pictures, walls, carpet. I got extremely sick from the mold exposure and it took far too long for anything to be done about this. My room was finally changed after I already got very sick and ruined my entire vacation. The host could care less about what his neglect has caused

Great location, nice resort with pool. Gave it a 4 for cleanliness and could use some updating.

This location boosts a magnificent ocean scenery, privacy, and a very well-maintained property. Additionally, communication with Larry the property owner was efficient and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely return.

My travel buddy and I got away from the winter in PA to this beautiful getaway. Hotel was great. Pool and pool bar were perfect. Also loved the balcony facing the ocean. Location wonderful. We hope to do it again later this year or next winter.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Larry was great to work with and always prompt to respond. All the employees at The Atlantic go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The bartenders and waitresses were top notch. Kevin at the beach made sure everyone was enjoying their stay. Highly recommend this place!

It was a nice stay

The resort staff were attentive and friendly. Location was great with beach access including lounge chairs, towels, and a water bottle each day. The balcony overlooks the 5th floor pool deck and beach beyond offering beautiful sunrise views. Lots of great walkable restaurants in the area, and we really enjoyed the bikes available onsite for exploring further out areas. While the resort overall was very well kept, the cleaning of our room before arrival wasn't the best. I found garbage and other guest's items left under the bed and someone's contact lense on the bathroom floor. But overall, it was a great vacation getaway..

Very clean, spacious and great employees that go the extra mile. Pool is very relaxing and room has an amazing view and felt very safe with my kids. Will definitely book again soon

Our room was spotless and I loved the porcelain tile throughout the bathroom was Gorgeous. The view from our bedroom was breath taking each morning.

We had a great quick trip to Fort Lauderdale in this condo. Great room, great location and great access to the beach, a beautiful pool and a ton of great restaurants a walk or short taxi ride away from. Would love to go back soon!
