Stayed Oct 11, 2025This location was perfect for our vacation. Just a short walk to beach and pool. The house was nice and clean and offered all the amenities we needed. Food locations are near and convenient to get to.

Stayed Jul 7, 2025Good: Owner is very responsive. Good proximity to beach. Easy to get around town. Condo has all things you’d need for cooking, etc.Not great: Front toilet started leaking, so didn’t have use of it during trip. Master bathroom door can’t be locked. Condo is at end of building by highway, so you hear a lot of traffic noise.Overall my kids enjoyed the vacation and staying near the beach. Good for families staying by Orange Beach for a few days.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Our party (2 adults, a 7-year-old and a 6-year-old) thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Anderson.The floor layout is fantastic and the kids enjoyed having the bunk beds.Despite being a second-floor unit next to the main drag in Orange Beach, traffic noise was never a problem.It was a quick 10-minute or so walk down to the beach behind the complex.Ben was an excellent host and quickly responded to questions and provided updates we need to know about, such as pool maintenance.

Stayed May 29, 2025This property is well-maintained and clean in an older building. The master is very comfortable the guest bedroom.bed needs a softer mattress , kids would not notice.. The host was easy to work with and communicates well. It was nice to have extra beach chairs and beach accessories available. The location is good and it’s not very far to the beach. The pool is new. We did not try it out.
