This is it, the perfect get away, our 1 bedroom, 1 bath Gulf front unit. Our unit has been completely renovated with all new fully applianced kitchen, bath, flooring, bedroom, even new sliders to our large private balcony. Stayed Feb 28, 2023The host was always very responsive with a few questions we had about the unit. It was a beautiful condo and very comfortable. The balcony was our favorite spot. The view was amazing. Such a convenient location.

Stayed Jun 3, 2022Husband and I needed a bit of time away from owning own business in Ohio. We made the perfect choice in this location! Only thing I’d add is the bed is now a fabulous king and not a queen as listed and the coffee table is a bit wobbly. Otherwise perfecto!

Stayed Mar 26, 202250 Gulfside is a nice building with friendly staff except for one lady in the front office. My biggest issue was the guests. There was a multiple family party that would set up more than 10 chairs in a single row, a 10' x 10' canopy and a volleyball court taking up most of the beach area in front of the building. There was another group that felt entitled to take and umbrella on the deck because it was in front of their condo. When we sat at the table the other guests pulled lounge chairs close to us then turn music up louder than ours although ours wasn't loud at all. Overall a very nice condo with questionable and passive aggressive guests. I would not rent again due to the guests.

Stayed Feb 26, 2022We loved our balcony overlooking the ocean. While the building is older is is well maintained and this condo is updated and lovely. The bed was at least king size and so comfortable. We enjoyed our daily dips in the heated pool. So many friendly neighbors. Overall quiet and relaxing. Better than pictures and exceeded our expectations. Would love to return.

Stayed May 26, 2021We had a wonderful time and the property itself was clean and smelled that way. The room is on the 2nd floor and it was nice. There was a beautiful view from the balcony. We were there over a busy weekend and it was quiet.

Stayed Apr 17, 2021Our unit was clean, plenty of room for the two of us and equipped with everything we needed. Easy walking distance to good restaurants and light shopping. Convenient access to the beach from the pool deck, the deck is large with plenty of lounge chairs.
