Excellent property and perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds, hot showers and cold AC. It was quiet as well.

Thatch Place is the perfect place to stay when visiting Auburn. It's located within walking distance of the campus, restaurants and shopping. The condo is spacious and comfortable. Nick, the host is proactive with communication and responds quickly. I'll stay here again when in town.

Convenient Location, walking distance to the stadium, the Laurel, Hey Day Market and Downtown. Having 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms was so nice for 2 families sharing space.

This condo is absolutely wonderful! A full bathroom for every bedroom is key. It is very large and spacious. The location could not be any better. We walked to everything.

Four of us were in Auburn for the USTA Southern Sectional Tennis Championships in June. The setup of this place was ideal. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom along with a big closet. The furniture and fixtures were nice and we were in easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was great. The front of the building sorta makes it look abandoned, but that's a minor issue. All in all it was a perfect rental for us...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home, just wish our stay would have been longer.

Wonderful location and loved 4 bedrooms and bathrooms! It just was crusty....needed a deep cleaning. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our daughters graduation.Just don't look under the couch and needed towels

My family and I came in for a wedding and was able to walk everywhere from the location. You can hear the bars music at night but not loud enough to keep you up. Thanks! Claire

perfect location grocery store cvs pharmacy all 1 block away. 15 to 20 minutes to grand national golf 10 minutes out to I-85 many bars and restaurants within 10 minutes or less. great condo plenty of room 4 bedrooms and your own bath in each. nick was great to work with also...

We were part of a larger group that came to visit Auburn, and we couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised by lucking out with this property. Spacious, updated, had the college apartment feel that brought nostalgia to us all.

The location was awesome! So close to everything and really nice to have parking passes for everyone. Loved all the space and TVs in every room. We were in town for graduation and it was the perfect spot! Would highly recommend. Not a deal breaker, but a keurig with coffee pods is the only thing I really wish it had. There is a coffee pot and some decaf instant coffee though. It is on the 3rd floor, but there’s an elevator right there, so no trouble at all if you’ve got a lot to bring up/down like we did. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome place for 4 couples for a wedding weekend. So convenient for gameday weekends and downtown area as well.
