The condo felt luxurious and spacious, with all the amentities you might find at a hotel. We were right on the beach which was a short walk away. The kids loved being so close to the water as well as the pool. Would definitely return.

We have stayed at other condos in Tessoro previously, and as always, it was great.

Condo was great had all we needed. The staff were awesome very friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful lots to explore. On the weekend there were many razors not just in estuary but on the beach in front it was loud and they were running very fast. The condo was quiet but if you were outside it was loud. During the week it was perfect! I will go again. There is a little restaurant Dukes at the begining of LosConchas their food was good and very inexpensive. They did takeout that was convenient !

We have been going to Rocky Point for 35 years and always stayed in the Sandy Beach area. Tessoro is at the end of Las Conchas, and we were blessed with what is the prettiest and private beach in the area. Being able to bring our dog really made it special. The location is at the inlet to the estuary. You can walk for miles. The unit is spectacular and clean. The elevator opens at your units door, no other units. Everything was available, ac was super cold, water was hot and plentiful. Host had detailed information on how to get there. Tessoro being 10 minutes from town limits the vendors on the beach. We never had a vendor selling on the beach which we were just fine with. A 100% home run vacation!

We had a great stay at this location. It’s away from all the downtown area at the end of las conchas. The beach was clean and mostly private as only resort guests are in this area. We were able to check in early and the condo was clean and ready for us. Everything was as pictured and our host was easy to communicate with. There are beach chairs included, overall nice spot.if you are looking for nightlife and bars to go to, this is not the place for you unless you don’t mind driving. Malecón is about 25 min drive.

We normally stay in the Sandy Beach resorts but wanted to try something different and also bring our dogs. What a great location at the end of Las Conchas! Development is starting to show its age but makes up for it in the peaceful seclusion and having the majority of the beach to yourself. Several times morning & evening we were the only ones on the beach for as far as you could see

The Owner was amazing and responsive and accomodating. Property grounds needs better care and management. Lots of deferred maintenance on the property grounds. Condo is absolutely beautiful and comfortable and the views from the balconies from all 3 rooms were phenomenal. Beach was clean and stunning. 20 minutes from town so take what you need.

This location exceeded our expectations. Great communication from host and the maintenance and security team were so nice and helpful. Had everything we needed and plenty of space for 3 couples. Planning on a return trip already!

Loved location, worked out great for fishing. Had great view of ocean. Not a lot of people so it wasnt noisy. Not to far from downtown rocky point to go have food. Wish there was a bar and food at the place. They do have private vendors come with drinks, banana boat, jet ski, horseback ride on beach. That is what i had seen while staying. Pool is beautiful. Appears location got damaged from storm but not fixed. Some things in the room that was broken and needed fixing. Its a great place would come again.

The condo was beautiful! The location was perfect! I loved that we had our own Jacuzzi on the patio too! Thank you for letting us take our fur babies! They loved it too! I wish the swim up bar would have been open. The master bed was a little too tall for me. But other wise comfortable. I would have liked to have done laundry while we were there too. A couple of more trash bags would be good too. We had a good amount of trash. Overall we absolutely loved it! Thank you again!
