Stayed Jun 26, 2025We loved staying here at Sea Colony. We had a wonderful vacation here. Everything was as described. Very comfortable atmosphere. It was the best of both worlds because it was around trees , so some shade, but yet not far from the beach. This location was close to so much an only a half hour either way to OC Maryland or Dewy Delaware. It was very close to Bethany board walk just a short drive. The condo was wonderful very nice inside. I would recommend the passes amenities, we used them a good bit. The passes work well for all 12 pools, hot tub, also for the tram so you would not have to drive all the time, an there is a private beach as well. Please note this is a top floor unit so a good bit of stairs, but for us that was just fine. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sea Colony. The Crones

Stayed Jun 24, 2025The house was a good size. Plenty of space. Loft was very hot and not usable due to heat, luckily we were ok without it. The cleaners did do do a good job prior to us checking in. The kitchen floor was filthy with black spots of spills all over and a pile of cantaloupe or some sort of melon seeds on floor. It was obvious floor was not cleaned. Fridge handle was dirty with black food/gunk on handle. Master bathroom toilet literally has feces on the seat. It was very noticeable to me so cleaned should have seen it. Had to run to CVS to buy cleaner before using it. That was very gross and makes you wonder how clean everything else is especially after being charged a cleaning fee. We went to open one of the sheet sets left for us and there was a bug crawling in it so didn’t end up using them.

Stayed Apr 18, 2025The house was really nice and had the perfect amount of space needed for my family. There was enough space for everyone to do their own thing in the house. The kitchen came fully stocked with every appliance and utensil you could ever need. The area wasn’t very populated which was great but I did visit in the off season. There was only one small downside, I couldn’t find the house at first. When you pull up, there’s nothing visible that tells you to walk around to the back to access the house. Other than that. Everything else was perfect!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969First time staying at Sea Colony. The unit I stayed in at one time must’ve been very nice but now is it’s kind a run down and in need of some TLC. Also for the amount of money that I spent for the week I found it odd that I had to take the trash out when I vacated. They have a cleaning crew that comes in to clean between guests so why aren’t they able to deal with the trash bags? I was told there are dumpsters out in the parking lot. There was absolutely no dumpster anywhere near my building . I had to drive across the street to a different section to find a dumpster. In the future I will be staying at a hotel.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great location, amenities, and staff. However, the house, while very clean, was pretty dated. We had issues with the electricity in the loft area that wasn't able to be fixed until our second day there. The mattresses in the bedrooms were not very comfortable, but could have been worse. Had a great time either way!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We’ve been coming to Sea Colony since 2005 and pretty used to the retro vibe most of the units we’ve stayed in have. This one has it in spades. Aside from relatively new carpet, not much has been updated since it was built and it’s starting to show its’ age. If you’re looking for a place with the latest beach chic aesthetic with sleek appliances and granite countertops, this unit is not for you. It is one of the more relatively affordable condos that can accommodate 8 people so you gotta give up something. If you have more than 6 in your party, I do recommend bringing air mattresses because the pull-outs are brutal. I can say the unit was very clean with a neutral smell, free of any musty funkiness that you can sometimes get in a beach rental. The unit is around the back of the building and as a result pleasantly quiet. It is a bit of hike to the trash dumpster though, which, depending on your priorities might be a positive or negative. I’d stay again but would like to see an arcade-style Galaga or Pinball machine in the corner.
