Kitchen cabinets were missing part or all of pulls and some were warped and hanging open. The carpet was worn out by kitchen table and the couch had big tears in the center cushion. There weren’t even enough extra blankets to throw one over the couch to cover it so we used a pillowcase. Heat didn’t seem to work well as it got colder through the night. It was what my group was expecting after reading all the good reviews.

This condo is in a great spot--walk to the lifts and downtown. However, the couch was ripped, the back slider didn't lock, the front door deadbolt didn't work, and the rugs and master comforter were very worn. In addition, the water in the entire building was shut off for a day with no notice. On a second day, a maintenance person insisted on coming in with no notice, then turned on the washer in the washer/dryer combo without asking me while I was drying my ski gear mid-day (ruining the rest of my day). The management company's response both times was Thanks for letting us know. Not the best experience I've had with a VRBO for sure.

This condo isn’t what the pictures make it out to be. The pictures were obviously taken years ago. Parking for only one vehicle is frustrating but manageable. Pool and hot tub are shared with several other properties in another location.

Great location to walk to Main street!

Great location for a summer stay. We could walk to downtown. The balcony is nice, as are the big windows, only available on the top floor of this condo complex. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit, so be sure to make alternate plans if you have more than one.

Great location, easy walk to everything in town.

The condo location was great to access downtown and the skating rink. It was clean and had some amenities. The furniture in the living room is dated and smelled a little bit. The kitchen was user friendly and had most of the supplies we needed. The communication with the property manager was stellar and helpful. We would stay here again.

The two bathrooms were nice though a disappointed that the bathtub appeared dirty and the Kohler Hydrotherapy unit was disconnected. The kitchen had most everything you needed though what I thought was an essential - salt was not provided and there was no stopper for the the kitchen sink, which was later supplied after we requested one. The dishwasher door was out of alignment though it did close and lock and cleaned the dishes well. The screen door to the small balcony fell off the tracks.The beds were comfortable.The clothes washer worked well and two loads of laundry soap was provided.The location was quite convenient to town.though it needs a little work.

Absolutely lovely, want to stay again in winter!! Wish we lived here.

We often could walk downtown in 10min to shop and eat downtown.

Skiing with the family great place within walking distance of lifts walking distance downtown. The place has all the basic amenities my only negative is the cleaning company they hired didn't clean the bathrooms very well, hopefully, they will have it correct.

Nice property in general. It is not a ski in ski out property, at least a 5-10 minute walk to the lift. Easier to get dropped off. Was eager to use the grill but it was fairly disgusting. Be aware that it is on the third floor and was tough moving into and out of with small children.

Everything was really nice, it’s perfect for a family of 4. The walk to the lift is just down the street, it is a little far if you have little ones but our teenagers were completely fine with it. 3rd floor steps with the altitude gets us every time but the high ceilings make it worth it! We loved the fireplace and the heated floors, beds were comfy too! Sadly the steam shower wasn’t working and the dryer so all the laundry had to come home. The hot tubs were packed every evening (1 of the 4 was broken); we only made it in 1 day (only because we cut out of the mountain early). We enjoyed walking into town every night. There are so many great restaurants and bars; we loved RMU and Horseshoe the most! All in all we enjoyed the place!

Great location to ski Breckenridge, walk to everything or take the shuttle. Would stay again!

This is absolutely our fave condo to stay! Quiet, clean and cozy. Blackout curtains and shades are always a plus. Communication was amazing! Clean space, and the small things that most won’t notice I did and appreciate. The heated floors were a bonus in the bathrooms! Very spacious and plenty of room for everyone. Can’t wait to come back.

The unit was lovely and we all slept like a dream in the comfortable beds with blackout curtains. Great open floorplan allows for everyone to hang together even if they are doing their own activities (cooking in the kitchen, puzzling at the table or reading on the couch). Management was so responsive and helpful with every request. We will most certainly be back.

we stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect. There was not that much noise and it was hidden away that you didn’t see much traffic. The only thing that could have made it totally perfect was if we were able to use the body spa machine.

Reviewer Comments: A very nice location close to downtown upon arriving I found out I had no heat and I had no far place that worked of a morning it would be 58° in the house finally they brought me a space heater and got the fireplace working liked everything so finally on the last night I got heat I had to ask for a restaurant gift certificate and then they gave me $75 off of the stay I'm not sure what would have happened if it was a cold time and winter shouldn't have taken 4 days to get heat..

Just the right distance from main street to be accessible yet far enough away to get some peace and quiet. Main Street was less than a 10 minute walk down a short paved path.
