This property was beautiful. The view is unbeatable. The building is small which we really liked because it kept the private beach from being to crowded. The unit was nicely decorated and modern. It had everything we needed and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. I would for sure return here!

Wonderful condo. As James states, it’s not your typical condo for rent. It was very beautifully appointed and the condition of the condo was great. The view is outstanding and you can’t get much closer to the beach. There are many great restaurants to choose from. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great view and super convenient access to the beach! The condo was clean and cozy, and the balcony was a nice space to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. The only real draw back was the occasional drawn out and loud conversations from the neighbors above. Stand still traffic going north from the condo beginning at the bridge at Longboat Key Pass towards Bradenton was annoying. We made it up that way one evening and on to Anna Marie but then turned around on two other occasions. St. Armands Key circle area to the south was nice, but super crowded. There’s a Publix grocery store close by to pick up the essentials and plenty of local restaurants close by to enjoy a nice dinner, our favorite being Mar Vista Dockside. The host was nice and communicated a couple times that week by text just to check in to see if we needed anything.

Jim is a fantastic host. He's a great communicator, from the time of booking to questions we had during our stay. He provided us with an informational packet that was very helpful. We loved the view, the quiet beach and the location. And the new king bed was so comfy! We can't wait to go back to again.

The place was exactly as described and the perfect location for a 4-day getaway. Gorgeous view of the beach and ocean and short walk to get your feet in the sand.The condo was very comfortable and the location was great to get to stores and restaurants with a short drive.

Had a great relaxing time with family. The property is right on a beautiful beach which is crowd free and clean. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas available for use. Please be aware that the location is at least 20 mins away from the restaurants and shops. But that is also the reason you can have a great time away with your loved ones without disturbances.

With the exception of the weather, which cannot be controlled, it was a very nice getaway. The unit was comfortable and offered all the amenities needed for our stay. Our host could not have been anymore attentive to any issue that was encountered of which there was only the initial operation of the TV and coasters to put glasses on so as not to damage furniture.

Being regulars to the area for years, even spending our honeymoon in Longboat Key, 27 years ago, we already had a love for the area. But I must say that after finding this property, this will be our new go to spot for the next 27 years. A beautiful view to wake up to each day being right on the ocean front with not only clean accommodations, but tastefully decorated and fully stocked with all the essentials. Jim, the property owner was a delight to talk to and was more than accommodating to all of our questions and needs. A must see property with all that its cracked up to be. No filler, all thriller! This was the perfect location for a mid-August getaway. The beach is beautiful and the condo has perfect views. While housed in an older building, the condo itself is updated and modern. Jim is a conscientious host who provides excellent communication and recommendations for how to enjoy the area. He responds to questions quickly. We do have a minor quibble with the choice of daylight bulbs (rather than soft white) in many of the lighting fixtures. This tends to give an otherwise beautiful condo a bit of an institutional feel. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better.

Communication with owner is top notch! Condo is beautiful, sparkling clean, gorgeous views, easy access to so many cities. Beach is amazing…tons of chairs, beach toys, space(even on a “busy” Saturday). You absolutely can’t go wrong renting this condo!

If you’re looking for a place to relax and unwind look no further than Longboat Key. Unit 202 was as advertised, beach view was beautiful and best sunsets you will ever see. Jim made the process seamless and only a text away if you have any issues which we did not. Recommend 10/10. Go enjoy!!

The location to begin with is perfect. You can travel to Siesta Key or Sarasota which is approximately 20 minutes either way. The beach off this location is clean and not packed at all. The water is clear and sand is white and clean. Now to the facility. Check in a breeze. The owner/manager is an amazing individual that only wants you to be comfortable and taken care of. It is spotless and you cannot need for anything. Kitchen has everything you need and access is steps to the beach/ocean. Beds are extremely comfortable and it’s very sound, meaning quiet. Many restaurants nearby and traffic was minimal in this location. We will be definitely be back.
