Tahoe Vista Inn Suites 4/5

What an incredible place! The view alone is breathtaking!! The rooms are spacious and cute. The showers and tub are awesome. So relaxing to just sit on the deck to take in the view and then easily jump into the lake whenever you want. 10/10 would recommend and I can't wait until I can come back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited during a hot spell with highs of 87° (hot for Tahoe). We cancelled our original rental because the place had no air conditioning & booked here. On the website, they advertised that air conditioning was an included amenity which I pointed out was false advertising. I see they have now deleted that. There is a wall unit A/C in 1 bedroom but it stops working randomly. I told the manager I felt a partial refund should be given in that we booked under false pretenses expecting to be comfortable vs being hot. This far, no refund has been offered. The bathrooms have been remodeled & are modern & beautiful. The kitchen has enough glassware/plates, etc for 4 people. The beds are comfy and it was quiet at night. There is no beach access onsite. When you want to go to the beach, you have to walk down the road to a public beach. It’s a small, family beach but we liked it.

Clean place, fruendly host, right on the water. Recommend and would stay again.

It is well located, right on the Lake, near many restaurants, including the on property Boat House, and just was a wonderful place to stay and enjoy.
