Stayed May 15, 2023The neighborhood is dated (nothing major) but overall the property is a good find for the $. The pool is just outside the back patio (ground level). This can be a pro/con, great convenience to enjoy yet can be loud if others are using it. Otherwise the neighborhood is quiet. An issue with entry lock caused an hour wait, once in touch, the host did a good job getting it resolved. A contact # in the email logistics would be good (note: it was on the info board in the house but wasn’t accessible in a locked out situation). We were also able to get support from VRBO to resolve. Overall, a good price for a property that’s a short drive to the beach, restaurants and not far from fun Myrtle activities.

Stayed Feb 28, 2023The property location was perfect. The condition was disappointing. The outside porch was filthy. The rugs were disgusting. The table and chairs were covered in dirt and pollen.The laundry room located out there had a washer that was filled with water. I contacted property management and she said she would get it fixed. Never happened. The pictures online were not a reflection of the property.

Stayed Jun 18, 2022Very nice, clean condo 3 miles away from everything. Nice basket of complimentary items you always need on a trip. Great correspondence from management. Will definitely stay again.
