I rented this property in celebration of my father's 60th birthday. Our party included myself, both parents, my sister, her husband, and our 15 yr old family dog. We couldn't have been happier with the property and its location! The house was clean and beautiful, and it came fully stocked with everything we could need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed most of our meals on the back patio, making use of the large umbrella. Our dog was also very comfortable in the quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. We were delighted to discover that the kitchen also came stocked with dog bowls and a rubber mat! The Tommy Bahama beach chairs were especially appreciated during our days spent on the sand.The location is perfect - just steps away the beach, Historic Corolla Park, and a small shopping center. We found the breakfast sandwiches and pastries from Northern Lights Bakery to be a great treat! One thing to note, however, is that many shops and restaurants close early in this area, and many don't open at all on Sundays. We didn't have an issue with this, but it is something to prepare for when planning your trip.We were absolutely delighted with our stay at Swell, and we hope to return in the near future!

This property was beautiful! It was one of the cleanest properties we've ever had. Everything we could have needed was provided. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, as well as the beach chairs available were all great. The location was perfect as well. Just a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We loved everything about this property! You will not be disappointed!

The home was clean and spacious and had great amenities including the hot tub and beach chairs. The community was also very dog friendly with a dog run and waste disposal spots throughout. The home also provided a book with tons of information about the area which was really helpful. We loved that we could walk to the beach in a couple minutes and across the street was mini golf, arcade, shops, wild horse tours, several restaurants so we did not have to drive much.

The unit was as advertised. Seemed to be a recent build. I love the fact they have actual cable TV. Most of the rentals now a days only have the smart tvs that require you to sign up for Netflix, Hulu, etc. before you can watch tv. The dryer in the garage was great and a thoughtful addition. Owner was very responsive when we reported a small issue with the hot tub. Check out was a breeze. Not a lot of extra requirements that would force you to get up even earlier to depart by the mandatory 10 AM. Easily within walking distance to the beach. My only hiccup was the internet router went out in the afternoon of our last night. This just happened to be on one of the busiest college football bowl schedules. We really wanted to watch ECU vs NCSU. Unfortunately this was not resolved before we checked out the next morning. So our last night was without TV or internet which was inconvenient. Otherwise this is probably my best experience using VRBO. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this fantastic property in Corolla, NC over Thanksgiving weekend! The owners were incredibly accommodating and graciously allowed us to bring our dogs along for the holiday, which made our family gathering even more special. The home itself was everything we could have hoped for and more—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living areas, every detail was thoughtfully considered to ensure a memorable stay. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Corolla, look no further—this house is simply outstanding!

My family and I had such a fun, relaxing long-weekend while staying at this lovely beach house! The location is so convenient, and the home was equipped with everything we needed! The host was so helpful and responsive. I absolutely recommend staying here and hope to be back in the future!

What a GREAT property! Everything was as advertised! Perfect place to park your car and enjoy the beach! Clean, beautiful and easy! And the little beach bar between the house and short walk to the beach was awesome! We will definitely be back!

Had a great time

We had an amazing stay at this townhouse! It was spotless, the perfect size for our family, and just a quick bike ride to the beach and Corolla Light Village Center. The location couldn’t have been better, and we loved how convenient everything was. We’d definitely stay here again!

This was so conveniently located. You really did not have to travel far to do anything. The food in the area was great we had such a great time definitely worth booking again. Our four legged family member loved it to.

Our first time staying in Corolla and this property did not disappoint! It was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and included just about any amenity you could need. The location was amazing, as well. We were just steps from the pool, beach, and lots of other activities!

We travel often and have stayed in many rentals. This is by far the best one we’ve ever stayed in. It checked all the boxes: clean, organized, great communication with the property manager, easy check in/out, etc. Here’s what made this one better than any other we’ve stayed at. The host provided slightly more than the very basics you see everywhere else. For example there was good quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms. The shark vacuum was lovely since we did bring our fur baby with us (gotta get one for my place). The deck was so nice to sit at. We enjoyed people watch in the evenings and coffee on the deck in the mornings. Towels for showering and the pool were included. The pool was steps away and absolutely fantastic. Water was heated, the cabana we rented was stocked with water and towels, and the pool bathrooms were clean. Everyone we met during our stay was lovely, the kids were all playing together, and the location can’t be beat. Air down/up right across the street, ramp to 4x4 a very short drive, beach access right there (lifeguards at this entrance), brand new kids playground in the park across the street, pizza place and uncle Ike’s in the shopping center next door were top notch, gift shops and ice cream next door too, mini golf, horse tours, etc. It was a short drive to Duck for dinner one night, as well as a short drive to the grocery store. I cannot say this enough, we LOVED every second and absolutely will be back.
