Sweet Rental Deal !!! Just Few Minutes Away from Disney

It was hard to find the property when you enter into the community based on how the buildings are numbered. Pay attention to the sign that gives added addresses and community's name ( it's an enclave within a community). Also, if you have mobility issues or health problems this property is located on the second floor; you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs.

I was a bit thrown off when I didn't receive any check in information on day of arrival. Call to Ms. Maria and communication with VRBO, everything was settled. The townhouse is a little out dated but enough space for my family. Good location and easy to get around. If in the area again, I would book.

Great value for the location. Easy access to Sunset Walk, Disney Parks, Target, etc. Easy for Ubering as well. Excellent host, highly recommend.

The apartment was roomy, clean, comfortable, and had everything we would need. Location was great and check-in was easy with clear instructions.

The property is in a good location. Quiet area with a lot of great restaurants nearby. There are a few things that should be fixed. The toilet in the front bathroom will not flush, it drains super slow. The dishwasher makes such loud noises that I stopped using it after 2 days, luckily I don’t cook much while in Florida so it wasn’t too bad. The air conditioner died so Maribel had a new one put in. The condo furnishings are nice. Plenty of places to sit and eat.

Spent the weekend at disney with my boyfriend. The location was not bad at all (about a 20 min drive) and the property was nice. The condo itself is very spacious, beautiful, and clean. Communication with the owner was super easy. Highly recommended!

Maribel was a great host. She was onpoint with every single detail. I will definitely stay again.

The property is close to disney and very quiet. If you are looking for a quiet place without a lot happening, this is the place for you. We enjoyed the balcony a lot and I really enjoyed the over stuffed reading chair in the master bedroom. I sat there quite often. Please note: this is on the second floor, so be prepared for that. If I could give any feedback it would be that there is not a lot of care taken with cleanliness or details (no hand soap in the bathrooms, dishes had been put away dirty, its time for a new couch, etc.) Those small details make a big difference. One other thing would be the dishwasher- it is VERY loud and were concerned that it may be broken.
