Sweet condo 3 bedroom near MSU, downtown Bozeman

This property is in fair condition with some soft spots in the flooring. Furniture is not completely comfortable. The living area is not big enough if you have more than 3 people. We were visiting for a sporting event on the MSU campus, so the location was good for walking even. Kitchen was well stocked. Storage space, especially in the bedrooms, is used more for cleaners' convenience and there is no space to unpack and lay out clothes in drawers and feel at home. Closets had 3 extra-large bins for clean and still-packaged linens, but no place to place guest items. Property is next to a fraternity house which had a party while we were there and ambulance and about 4 cop cars needed to visit for about an hour at 11pm one night. Property manager neglected to tell us that the roof was being replaced during our stay and hammering and workers on lifts were a constant. When we inquired about the time/length of work, we were told they would only work between 9am-3pm, but they work went on starting before 8am at times and after 9pm at night at times. Work as daily during our 5-day stay. Although communication was good by manager, there was no empathy or real attempt to be transparent about how the roof work affected our stay or ability to relax or sleep. Will not be returning.

This condo worked out great for us. 3 comfortable beds, kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Towels are new and fluffy linens were nice. Location is close to everything but just sort of odd- next to a church and parking is odd to get to.

The place was perfect for our trip. Neat, clean, great host, easy parking. Would stay there again.

This condo is very nice. Recently remodeled and trendy. The beds are very comfortable, bedrooms large and I think they use a linen service- the linens/towels were luxurious. Large TV in main room. The kitchen is well stocked, really nice appliances/countertops/lighting. Bathrooms are also super clean and updated, they include shampoo/conditioner which is great. The location is good- not walkable but downtown is close. We had a great stay. I recommend this place!

Great stay! The host thought of every amenity. The condo was clean, well decorated, comfortable and close to downtown and groceries. Kitchen, laundry, and everything you could think of provided. Great communication and secure access. A great place to stay in Bozeman.

This was one of most well equipped condos I've ever been in. It's in a great location and worked perfectly for us for attending wedding. i would highly recommend it.

Perfect for us!

Everything as described, good value for location close to downtown Bozeman. Only took off a star due to noise-- walls and floors relatively thin in what was probably a low-cost construction building. Road noise, sound of people walking around in unit above quite loud. They weren't doing anything crazy upstairs, just walking around late at night and then early in the morning but the sound transmitted loudly enough to make it hard to sleep.

Nice condo in a convenient location

The apartment itself was clean and fairly quiet. However, it was hard to figure out where to park, the front entry door does not lock, and when we tried the code to get into the unit, it wouldn’t work. We called the number with the property and a lady answered and told us the combo for a lock box with keys. The linens, dishes, and inside of unit were clean. Bed mattresses could have been more comfortable. We were only there for one night, so it was fine. One other suggestion might be to childproof the outlets in the unit.

Perfect for our family of five for our night in Bozeman before heading to Yellowstone. Large bathrooms and cozy beds. Well appointed kitchen items such as plenty of coffee pods which is always super appreciated after a day of long travel. No major pre cleaning requirements which is again always welcomed since their cleaning crew handles everything (not always the case even with cleaning fees). Thanks for hosting us!

Location is within walking distance to restaurants and stores.It was great to have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as we were 1 couple with our daughter and adult grandson.

The condo is nicely appointed and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the layout of the place is super accommodating. Host provided all needed access to entry, parking instructions, and internet password. First night we arrived, was Friday and the neighbors were having a keg party. We realized it was the first day of spring break for MSU. We were there as vendors for an event and had a long day so the noise was not welcomed. Second day was better - no party and we slept great. We were reminded it is a college town and this street in particular is a busy one. If you are looking for a hot spot of activity - this is in a great location. If you are looking for a more restful serene space, you might want to look outside of the city center.

There were loud noises heard each night above and below us. There was a birthday party in the unit above and that night was louder than the other nights which disrupted our sleep. The noises were well after midnight. One night I couldn’t tell if it was from the attached neighbors or the frat house next door.

Close to down town and clean property.

Everything was perfect

My family stayed for one night on our way to Yellowstone. The condo is beautiful and easy to get to. We were particularly impressed with the quality of furniture and kitchenware. Our only warning is that the walls were very thin so you will likely hear the other renters and vice versa.
