Stayed Aug 19, 2020First of all one review i read brfore coming was how loud the bathroom fan was i have recorded this for posting later.the entry into the door was queit sandy should of been swept,clock inthe kitchen/dining wall wasnt working.the patio was sandy only one chair outside,stove top wasnt sufficiently cleaned.please throught that bottle of cooking oil out the bottle very dirty on the outside. Would be nice if you could buypurchase laundry productsin the laundry room.well with all this said there was plenty of blankets and pillow Couldnt get the to work as far as regular tv was able To get my netix up

Stayed Jun 17, 2025We enjoyed our stay in Seaside however they should add black out curtains in the bedroom. The bedroom was very bright from the lights of the parking lot. Decided to try the murphy bed due to the brightness in the bedroom from outside lights. The bedspread had not been cleaned from previous guests and was covered in sand. We removed all the bedding so that it was clear that all of it should be washed.

Stayed Jan 18, 2025Very happy with this rental. We did have some trouble getting in but only took About 30 minutes to sort out over the phone.The main bed is rough. Everything else was great. Comfortable seats and well stocked dishes.I would rent again.

Stayed Nov 2, 2024With a gorgeous view of the ocean and positioned right on the promenade, this was a great location to relax and get some walking in too. The interior could use a little upgrading but everything worked fine. Would stay again.

Stayed Oct 14, 2024Proprrty was old, beds were awful, black mold in one bathroom. The posting of the place was not what it was in reality. Upon arrival the lock gor the door wouldn't work and we waited one hour in the rain for the host to open. Checkout was at 10, not 11 a.stat

Stayed Oct 11, 2024The view and location is worth the rest of it but I value people’s reviews and would like to have know this about the property. It needs to be updated and decluttered. The bedrooms main bed is bad and had stained sheets so we slept in the hide-a-bed that was better. Kitchen items are old and I had to clean before using. The deck and view made it worth it. The carpet is stained and towels old but again not the end of the world just for the cost with all the fees it seemed like it would be a bit nicer inside.

Stayed Jul 2, 2024We had a great time. The condo was perfect distance from downtown and all the 4th of July activities. Perfect view of firework show and people watching. The place was clean and right on the boardwalk and with easy access to the beach. Make sure to bring your own coffee for the keurig. Thanks for a great stay.
