The condo is very beautiful. Looked exactly like pictures on website. Gorgeous oceanfront view. Sunset on our first night was pretty. Definitely will be staying here again.

Besides urine stain on bedroom linen, and whatever was on the bedcover, the unit was not as advertised: Has murphy bed - No! but it did have a pull-out couch - but not openable! First time in 35 years traveling to Lincoln City, that I have left early because of the unsanitary conditions. Yuk!!!

This condo was very classy! Smelled fantastic and was super clean and fresh. We felt very comfortable. Bed was comfy and sheets very soft. Everything we could ever need was there for our use. Easy access beach even for someone like me with a cane. My only wish was for an elevator but took my time up stairs. The view was amazing and worth every penny. We are booking our next few stays here!!

Stunning views and very comfortable beach condo with charming decor. We celebrated my dear sister’s birthday who loves beach combing, nearby tide pools and whale watching. Wonderful summertime getaway!

I love the Sea Gypsy- it’s the only place I will stay on the coast, and this condo was awesome! Very clean, well decorated, modern. Definitely would recommend!

Great place! Very clean and well stocked. We weren't missing anything while we were there. Great view and easy beach access. This was our first time vacationing in a year and we felt safe and at home. It was also very quiet, if there were people staying in the condos around us, we didn't hear them. Can't wait to come back!

The attention to detail was so unusual; many beautiful decorative objects and lots of wall art. Great to have two bathrooms! The furniture was in excellent condition. The kitchen was so well appointed and beautiful. They did a super job of renovation in a very old structure.

The condo was perfect. Beautiful ocean view. Beds were super comfy and everything was incredibly clean. Best weekend with my favorite niece just resting, relaxing and enjoying the Oregon Coast. We will definitely be back.

One of their nicest units we have stayed in, in a long time. Very clean, beautiful furnishings, and everything worked. Fridge was large and quiet, view fantastic, and more shells than you ever see in any unit. Two bathrooms are fantastic, strong shower flow, great ventilation. Everything was awesome! The only thing we did not use was the TV. Oh, also - two different coffeemakers!Highly recommended !!!

We immensely enjoyed our stay! The condo is well equipped with cooking utensils and a few bonuses like ziploc bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil. The condo was clean & the view is incredible! Don't spend time looking at other places, this was a fabulous place. The beds were comfortable. The bedroom is down a long hallway away from the living room, which is ideal when traveling with someone who snores.

The condo was beautiful, the owners did a great job with the remodel. The location was great. Great view, beach front. Nice faux fireplace. There were just a couple of hiccups. The garbage in the kitchen was not emptied before I arrived. The ceiling fan in the bedroom didn't work. The living room television operating instructions included a remote that could not be found. The only way to turn the TV on or off, adjust volume and change channels was to do it manually with the buttons on the back of the TV. This was committed to the owners and they were very quick to respond. The TV in the bedroom worked fine. My whole purpose of going to the beach was to rest and veg out from my full-time caregiver position of my mother. Unfortunately, the next door neighbor had 3 young children that screamed and cried most of the night and into the next morning. They also ran up-and-down the corridor. After I asked them to please be quiet, they proceeded to knock on my door and run away. Thankfully, they were checking out that morning. After that, I got the peace and quiet I needed. This is in no way the fault of the condo owners.

Lovely condo in perfect location

We loved the murphy bed, the weather wasn't great so the ocean was really making waves.

The ocean was right there! Sun was out for my whole trip. I planned this quick getaway for my 56th birthday. Left husband and adult kids in Portland so i could celebrate in a condo on the beach. This condo fit the bill! Clean, wonderful access to the beach. It was absolutely peaceful and perfect.

When you pull up to the building, it's not impressive. But when you open the door to this unit, wow. It's really well refurbished - quality materials, a very well-stocked kitchen, tasteful decorations and a great view. The Murphy bed is perfect, leaving the living area feeling spacious all day but providing a much better bed than your typical sleeper sofa. A top-notch space for a beach trip!

This was an excellent condo, clean, well stocked with kitchen ware, with comfortable beds. It has a beautiful ocean and sunset view with beach access! It's close to whatever you might need and has several close amenities. We enjoyed our stay in Lincoln City!

Great place with a great view!

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed our time. The complex is older and not much sound insulation so a bit loud next door but quiet at night so was fine. The instructions said to empty trash but there was trash and no bags in the kitchen when we arrived. It was a good location for shops and dining. Nice to be on the beach had some amazing sunsets and the super moon.

This is an amazing place in every way! We will stay here again! It was clean, comfy, had all the amenities and best of all, it was right on the beach!

The view was awesome! Walk down some stairs and we were right on the beach. Watching sunsets were spectacular, even if we stayed in the room.The only problem was we couldnt get the stereo, the dvd player and the tv remote (in living room) to work. The dvd player and the stereo wouldnt even turn on without the remote. The tv we could get to work from the buttons on the back of it. Also couldn't get either ceiling fan to work. Had to clean living room window. Had smudges all over it. And had to buy our own (ground) coffee. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee. But the view itself and the ease of getting to the beach made up for it

We loved the condo, it was comfy and in a great location. Beach access was excellent. There was some dirt and dust in the bathrooms, but the rest of the condo was clean. We would love to stay here again!

As the other reviews have said the photos really don’t do this place justice. The view you get when you walk out into the living room is breathtaking, the hosts were incredibly communicative, and the house keepers left a sweet note :)) I also have stayed at other places in Lincoln city previously and it felt like the hosts really didn’t understand what it takes someone to live comfortably in a place but this condo truly has everything you need to feel like you’re living at the beach from two different coffee makers, ice cubes and pot holders!! (Because seriously some places don’t have pot holders) Thank you so much for an incredible four night stay!

I loved the view of the ocean through the wide window. Quiet and cozy place, pretty stocked with kitchen and bathroom necessities, nice sized bedroom with private bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing view, comfort, exceptional cleaniness

Overall, we enjoyed the condo and especially the location. We had stayed before and were anticipating an excellent stay as we had last time. Unfortunately, when we arrived there had been an issue with the housekeeping- as in they had not cleaned before we arrived. There was a huge pile of dirty laundry on the floor, nothing had been vacuumed or cleaned/ the propert owner did a goo

Absolutely loved the location of this stay. The view of the beach was spectacular. It was a November stay, so we expected rainy days. The property was clean and cozy. If you’re mainly going for the pool, the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time with sand all over the bottom. That said, that’s at no fault of the hosts! Would absolutely stay here again. Also worth nothing, there’s some fantastic Thai food just a few minutes from the condo, a grocery outlet for easy shopping, and probably (definitely) my new favorite book store (bobs beach books), so stop in town while you’re here! (We also went to the bakery which was phenomenal). The whole package for this listing was quaint, cute, and just what we were needing as a get away. ❤️

We Celebrated our 5th Wedding Anniversary and we had a blast! Everything was Perfect! The condo has an excellent Ocean View. Its very near to shops and Restaurants. Host is very nice & accommodating. Definitely will recommend the place to our friends and relatives. Maybe next year will be able to go back and stay another 3 nights!

Matt and Deidre have done a great job upgrading this 3rd floor unit that is right on the beach. There we no issues - everything worked. Communications were excellent.

Great location. Beautiful views of the ocean. Condo is on the 3rd floor, so we got lots of steps in while we were there. Condo was very clean. Had a small hiccup with code given to enter the condo, but rhe owner fixed the issue right away.

The condo was clean and we enjoyed the decorations. Fan didn't work and toilet ran but worked with owner so no issues. Great view of the Ocean. One thing did not think to ask was if there was an elevator. There was no sink stopper to wash dishes was a bit of a challenge to wash but we got it done. I reached out to owner a couple of times and responded promptly. It was a great stay and would again.

This was a great experience from start to finish. The property owners communicated well with us upon booking the reservation. When we arrived it was easy to find and check in based on instructions given. The property itself was everything described with an amazing location and well thought out accomodations. The owners have done an incredible job of making this comfortable with all the things you might possibly need for your stay. We will definitely be returning to this property in the future!

We loved our time at the Sea Gypsy. The unit was right on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. We even saw whales and seals from the living room. The condo was perfectly clean and very comfortable. Even the murphy bed in the living room was comfortable! We would love to return back!

It is a beautiful place with an awesome location right on the beach, the large picture window allows breathtaking views 24/7 I recommend seeing it for yourself not disappointed at all! Great dealing with the owners

Lovely, waterfront view and quick access to the beach. Quality furnishings and well equipped. The cleanliness of the unit was uneven, which shouldn't happen at this price.
