Stayed Apr 22, 2026This condo has a perfect location- right across from the beach, a beautiful view! It is close to grocery stories, various shops, and restaurants. This is our third trip to condos in Surfside and they have all been great. We particularly love the private beach and the umbrella and chair amenity. The only glitch has been the spotty elevator service.

Stayed Apr 9, 2026Check in was super easy. Very clean. There are chairs and umbrella to use. lots of games available. There’s even a grill set to use in the grills that Surfside has in the grilling area next to the parking garage. The balcony is great. Very large with a nice view of the Gulf. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025Overall this property was great! Very clean, comfortable and convenient. There was 8 of us total and we all fit comfortably. The property was right across from the beach and the view from the condo was amazing. Craig always responded in a timely manor. The whole process was very smooth. I would definitely book again!

Stayed Jun 23, 2025Overall our stay was great however our neighbors below us continued to smoke on the balcony even after being reported to management, and there were only a couple of small issues the cleaning crew needed to address the owner is aware of

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Needs more parking spaces for the guests. Not enough elevators to accommodate the guests. Building should have at least 4 elevators. Other than that, had a great time.

Stayed Jun 23, 2024The balcony faces the beach, which was a beautiful view. The condo had everything that we needed to be able to feel at home. The owner provided contact information for any issues and notified us when needed. It was a wonderful vacation and we will definitely be back!
