Surfside Oceanfront Condo— Luxury Unit / Top Floor

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect beach front. Within walking distance to many stores/food. Clean, and as described. Super simple check in/out. Would stay again.

Property had everything we needed. Very quite. Easy walk to the beach. Beds incredibly comfortable.

Unit was clean, comfy, and in a great location. The owner/manager was very responsive and friendly when we had a question.

The vrbo itself was pretty clean. There were a few hairs on the table but other than that it was clean. We were disappointed though because we were not able to use the onsite pool advertised in the listing, due to it being closed down by the health department. The owner did not disclose this to us until I asked them about it being close. We did have to spend money and to then go to an open pool. The beach view was great, although the weather was not the best while we stayed, very hazy most days.

Excellent stay! Need to add spoons to your silverware. Refrigerator smelled like fish. We added two boxes of baking soda which helped.

The unit was very clean and the furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you needed. Close to the beautiful beach and a short drive to Port St. Joe with restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed surf fishing and laying on the beach. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. Will definitely come back agian!

Condo is located right next to the beach. Limited view of the ocean but still a great location. Very clean and cozy. Small pool onsite as well.

This condo was very accommodating as far as supplies and the location is excellent..Kacie is easy to talk to and easily contacted...my husband and daughter and I would definitely return to this lovely unit.

It was perfect for me, my husband, and 2 kids. The kitchen was stocked great. Loved the proximity to the beach. The beds were comfy! The pool was tiny but my 8 year old thought it was perfect for just him. It was a WIN WIN for us!

We had a great stay in Mexico Beach and in this condo!

Took my family to celebrate my daughter’s HS graduation. Wife, 14 yo son, 20 yo daughter and the graduate, 17 yo daughter. It’s tight. This would be better for those with younger kids but we wanted to be close to the beach and were ok being on top of each other. Felt cozy though. Very clean and awesome water pressure in the shower. Pool is unique. Circle with about a 5 foot diameter and 3-4 feet deep partially tucked under the units. Short walk to the beach. Elevator had a strong smell of grease but was quick and we didn’t have to wait on it very often with the small number of condos. In all it was everything we wanted and would definitely stay here again.

It was great! Perfect for our needs. We will be back!

Was very clean. Small. 2nd bedroom is more for kids. My adult son had to sleep on sofa because beds were so uncomfortable.

Everything about this property was 5 star. The condo, location, wi-fi, furnishings, and kitchen. If you are going, stop at a Walmart of other large store before you get to Mexico Beach. Grocery shopping is minimal there. Between the outdoor pool and beach you can get your fill of sun and water. We had a great time and were not looking forward to the long drive home. We weren't and you will not be disappointed.

Nice quiet stay in Mexico Beach

This condo was beautifully decorated, right on the beach, and had everything we needed for our family of 5. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our last minute request to book the property.

We had no elevator for the entire stay. We were on the third floor so it was very hard with luggage & groceries. All of us is in our 70’s. Otherwise everything was pleasant.

Although it rain everyday I was there it was still enjoyable to not have all the big corporate tourist traps as in most other spots along Floridas coast. Great place just to relax and get away!!!

Amazed location- just steps to the white sands! The unit was beautiful, well stocked with amenities. The living area was smaller than we thought and didn’t sit 4 people comfortably. The bathrooms were great and beds slept well. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen.

Kacie's place was gorgeous and updated. The furnishings were comfortable and perfect for a couple girlfriends and I getting away. The beds were great to sleep on, bathrooms were clean and well appointed- this top floor condo had all the things we needed. The view was gorgeous and we loved the big balcony with seating. Steps to the fairly private beach with a small but refreshing pool to cool off in after the day on the sand.

We so enjoyed our brief stay. The unit is just as advertised. It's exceptionally clean, well furnished, and comfortable - and the powder white sand of Mexico Beach is just a few short steps away. The owner was a pleasure to interact with and is very responsive. We'd highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for an ideal, beachfront location.
