To the east, you'll be less than a thousand feet from Beach Access #22. Just around the corner to the west is Padre Boulevard, the island's central thoroughfare that's home to all sorts of eateries, bars, recreational outfitters, and sources of entertainment.



Upon your return from the beach each afternoon, you'll be greeted by an open living area with large windows and a mirrored wall that fill the space with light. Fix a few cold drinks and snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, bring them outside to the patio, or bask in the comfort of central air conditioning at the breakfast bar and dining table. There are smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, as well as complimentary WiFi throughout the condo.
