Stayed May 23, 2025Great location! Close to beach/ access. They handled a maintenance issue right away. It was fine for a quick weekend! One tip would be good to know, even though they give you the digit key code by email, that they require you to pick up parking passes at Realtor’s office, if not before 6pm, they will put it in a box outside. I did read that if you arrive after 6pm, you have to go back the next day to sign the rules/charges by 12pm. I don’t understand why they just don’t leave the rules and parking passes in the condo for you. The condo needs painted and better drapery. The linen service doesn’t supply hand towels, and few wash clothes. Bring extra toilet paper and your own tissues.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023I will absolutely book this unit again. It's clean, freshly updated, and quiet. You can see the ocean and it's a super fast and easy walk to the beach. There was a small issue with door lock code and Dunes Realty responded immediately.

Stayed Jun 26, 2023My son and I stayed for a baseball tournament and it was perfect for the 2 of us. We did not use the kitchen much as we were on the field most of the time. The bed in the master could use an upgrade, as it was very lumpy, but I managed for our short stay. The location is great for the beach, and the pool was great.
