It was wonderful! All the friendliness, comforts,cleanliness, and stunning views we always experience, plus a larger balcony with a hot tub! We could not have asked for anything more! We got to have family time! We played hard, ate very well,relaxed, and enjoyed each other's company. We feel at home at Surfmaster!

Reviewer Comments: I used to stay in this condo every year, even before the current owners took over and I have never been more disappointed. This trip was to visit after my son’s 9 month deployment (he left when his baby was 1 week old) and to have my fiancé tryout a hot tub for his arthritis before spending money on one. Oh and to share with my family who is local I just got engaged. When inquiring about the water being off, maintenance called back he told me the hot tub was not working! WHAT? That was half the reason for booking THIS condo. Fast forward to dinner and we went to take the chicken out of the oven to find no oven mitts. Tried to give the baby a bath and the plug in the tub was broken off and it is a challenge when the one glass door where you turn the water on doesn’t open. Master toilet doesn’t fill all the time, had to use a pocket knife to cut up chicken as knives were so dull, and more....When I contacted the office about all my dissatisfaction I was offered a small credit. At this point I feel we need to say goodbye to this wonderful condo we have loved for many many years.

We have stayed in this unit many years, before the remodel and after all the beautiful work was done, and I must say renting sure takes it's toll on things in just a few years, people should treat it better that's for sure it's a really nice unit. Overall it was wonderful.

Called maintenance never came. Light under stove didn’t work. I’ve maker made 10 pieces of ice a day Internet service terrible. Had to reconnect and reset constantly throughout day and night. Therefore no TV service. Lots of small bugs inside especially in Master bedroom n bathroom. Lots of large bugs outside on patio near hot tub. Sand everywhere when we checked in. Shower head didn’t work in bedroom on right. Never stay again. Thanks
