This rental unit needs a major overhaul, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. The half bath has never been updated and the master is overdue for round two. There are much nicer units available.

Maintenance was contacted but the “fix” didn’t work. We used a couple of kitchen pots to hold it up for the remainder of our stay.

Reviewer Comments: Don't rent this unit--mildew smell in kitchen cabinets, kitchen faucet broke, ice maker broke, nice but uncomfortable couches, clock needed battery (fixed), mattress too soft, only 3 hangers, uncomfortable very low toilets.Shower part broke. Maintenance man fixed a few other minor things right away. No problem with management company. Unit needs refresh, especially kitchen (very cluttered.) Great location.

Reviewer Comments: Our unit seemed very nice at first but after staying a few nights, we noticed a lot of things that could be improved. First off a lot of areas were really dirty such as under the kitchen sink, in the stove drawer, the silverware drawer, under the couches and the rugs! We also found an article of clothing behind the wicker chest in the main bedroom! (We left it there!) Also there is constant water running in the closet in the hallway, from the hot water tank, air conditioner or some appliance. This could be a really nice unit if it was cleaned up and some areas were updated! The view is beautiful but unfortunately we couldn’t be on the balcony too often because of other people smoking on their balconies!! If they would change the smoking policy at the whole building, maybe more renters could enjoy the view from their balconies! There are lots of good restaurants close by and a lot of fun things to do after being on the beach! We also liked our unit having a door code, no more fumbling for your key!
