Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo complex is nice. I didn't like getting written warnings on our doors for trivial stuff. Some of the stuff that the notes were written for did not pertain to our room. The room was outdated, with many things that took up too much space that did not need to be there. But if that is the worst thing that can happen on vacation, so be it. I would stay here again but in a more updated room with less clutter.

The condo was lovely and had all the accommodations we needed. The only downside is that the balcony doors were very hard to open, but nothing a little grease couldn't fix.

The only bad thing about the week was a guest at the property, a Mr. Owens and I use the term Mr. loosley. he was rude cursing and told everyone that he had rented beach chairs and no one could be between him and the ocean he cursed and called people names he was loud and obnoxious at the pool HE WAS THE ONLY REASON WE WOULD NOT GO BACK IF I KNEW HE WOULD BE ON THE PROPERTY.

The location was ideal for us and enjoyed coffee on the balcony with the views every morning. We will definitely stay here again. Our only complaint was being spit on by kids on another floor. We knew exactly where it came from but when it was reported to management, the issue was not resolved.

The rugs are in bad shape, lots of stains. My wife scrubbed on them and got three of them out. Overall we had a great time and liked our condo.

The bathrooms were a bit cramped but manageable. The TVs and remotes could use an upgrade. Within two hours of our arrival our original condo became unavailable due to maintenance issues, but within minutes of letting us know, we were given a alternative spot that was equal to or a slight upgrade, which we really appreciated!
