Superb location 1 Bedroom Cabana Suite - Sleeps 4, Full Kitchen & Lanai

Bedding, fridge, stove and towels were clean. The location was good. It was old and run down. Carpets were stained and so was the couch/futon. I wouldn’t stay there again.

We absolutely love this condo, I think the only thing I would add to this is maybe a couple of beach chairs to be taken to the beach and back. Thank you so much would highly recommend and if we come here again, we’ll definitely be looking to stay here again.

Overall, a good stay! 10/10 for location, secure parking, activities, restaurants, & shopping. Vacation rentals limited to certain areas of the island, & Waikiki was the most central location for our trip plans. Quick walk to the beach was awesome. The unit is also right across from the Honolulu Zoo. Secure parking behind a gate was a priority for us as well, & affordable parking is hard to find on island. Foodland grocery is a short drive away to stock the fridge & cupboards in the unit. Since we planned to be out & about most of the time, this unit suited us fine. 7/10 for cleanliness. The carpet & walls could use a cleaning, as there were substances on both. Otherwise, everything was clean. 8/10 for unit supplies. Kitchen had basics to cook & eat. There was no hand soap except a small bar soap in the bathroom, so we bought some to last our week-long stay. 2 beach towels for 3 people staying (more on this later). 6/10 other amenities. Had a major mishap with the laundry equipment & had to go to a laundromat the next day late at night to not lose a day of fun. Laundry was soaking wet & had to wring out clothes. 1 hour in the dryer also did not dry clothes. Hopefully, this is fixed. Lived in Oahu & Guam, so laundry can be a challenge with humidity, but soaking clothes after washing doesn't help. After this, I did request beach towels be delivered to get us through our stay & they delivered. Fan/light also came on and off randomly-maybe remotes crossed units. Would stay again.

Location was central, it was comfortable, AC worked well and the kitchen was well equipped. On the down side, the sofa bed was not comfortable and having only one key fob to access the building was restrictive when people want to come and go on their own.

Perfect little cabana surrounded by Waikīkī wonders.

Everything I needed was there for a wonderful stay. It was so close to the beach, shops, restaurants and food trucks.

The condo was very nice. Accurate to the listing and included a full kitchen set up that we used to eat breakfast most days. Shower was very spacious and water. Pressure was great. Everything was clean and the bed was super nice and soft. The air conditioning and fan were also a big bonus because there's not that much airflow in that area of Waikiki.

The picture on the web makes this place very appealing but this property needs a major upgrade. This property needs a better manager if not changed already. Check-in: 1- No gate key in key box. 2- called the operator and someone came an hour later and only to give us someone else gate key. Room: 1- smells smells. 2- sounds of air conditioning is terribly loud. 3- Floor by the kitchen is wildly bobbly. 4- bed sheets are very dirty even the backups. Parking: only one allocated for this room but not respected and your spot can be taken and you may be forced to park on undesignated spot or on the street at your own risk. I reserve this place for 1 week but given all this discrepancies we only stayed there for 3 hours demanded a a full refund. The host refused and only gave partial refund.

Excellent location, comfortable place!

Much more run-down compared to online photos, and really wouldn’t sleep more than three people. To be frank, even three feels cramped; there are only two chairs, two beach towels, etc. Good location in Waikiki, though: if that’s mainly what you’re after then this will work, just don’t expect much more from it though than a place to crash.

Location was great. Property was run-down. Kitchen poorly stocked. Eg. No baking pan for oven. Sofa needs cleaning.

Good stay. Rental property was accurately described. Great communication with owner.
