So conveniently close to the beach and Rehoboth Ave. Stopping back here and there throughout the day was a breeze.

We had a lovely stay. We loved the decor and it was very clean and comfortable. It was just what we needed.

We had a wonderful weekend here. The rental was super close to the beach and boardwalk with lots to do close by.

Cleanest property that I have ever stayed in. Wonderfully decorated in a cute beachy theme.. Amenities were perfect. Easily accessible to the beach. Parking was always available but lot is a bit small. If you have a larger vehicle you may have to make several attempts to position yourself in front of your entryway. We would love to stay again.

We have been to Rehobeth many times and always rent from owners. We wanted a few days get away and have fun. I booked this one for location and walking distance to the beach based on the description and pictures.Pros- Location is great, studio space is sufficient, it was very clean and renovated, roll of paper towels and 3 garbage bags provided, owner replaced non-working 2-cup coffee maker with bigger working one the same day I let her know, walkability to all shops and restaurant Cons- porch is next to restaurant dumpsters (terrible smell/flies when sitting outside), parking lot is incredibly tight, amenities were scarce (no butter knives, spatula, sugar packs, etc. that most others owners provide) bed mattress, listing is misleading regarding proximity to the beach- 50 steps is more like 100 yardsOverall- priced high for what you get

Overall a great stay, great downtown location, we didn’t have to drive all week. Parking is very tight, which is to be expected in such a small beach town, but it was manageable. The efficiency was surprisingly quiet for being between two restaurants. Remember to bring your own sheets/pillow cases and bath towels

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ease of check-in and cleanliness of the condo was excellent! We were within walking distance of the boardwalk and beach! We didn’t use our car once!

In the area for son's baseball tournament and wanted to stay near the beach. The location is unbeatable, communication was flawless and the property was as advertised. Highly recommended.

This rental was perfect for a quick getaway to Rehoboth Beach. The location is fantastic a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops, and restaurants. If you’re looking for a small place just for two, this is ideal.The unit was very clean and well-maintained. The owner was extremely responsive. We also really appreciated the little extras like beach chairs — such a nice touch!Parking is a bit tight, but it did not cause any issues for us. The only thing to note was some dampness inside, likely due to the weather, and things didn’t dry quickly. Still, for a few days at the beach, it really wasn’t a big deal.Would definitely stay here again

The accommodations were clean and somewhat as described. Location is 1/2 a block from the boatdwalk. Parking is horrible. Often the ingress & egress were totally blocked because there is not enough parking. We couldnt get out for 3 nights. You better have a small compact car because you cant turn around to pull out.

The property was conveniently located. Just as nora says you dont have to move your car. We were extra lazy and used uber eats for groceries. The unit isbperfect for 2 my daughter and i had enough room. Loved the Murphy bed. Put it up in the daytime Perfect.

Couldn't have been an easier process. Parking as tight, but we were super close to the boardwalk and the room was quiet and clean. Can't beat that!

Hubby and I decided to celebrate NYE at our favorite place, Rehoboth Beach at the last minute. We found the perfect location with the perfect host. Easy, and prompt communication. The bonus was the NYE toast/dance party at Shorebreak.

The house was very clean with best access to boardwalk and beach.

Owner was responsive and welcoming. The place was very clean and comfortable, and the location is terrific. Only downside is the parking is very small, couldn’t fit my F150 in the lot with 3 other cars parked there.

My wife and I loved our stay. The location of everything was great. Took about a minute to get to the beach. Will book again for a June return.

Perfect location and just the right amount of space - well kept and simple to navigate.

Place and location were great for a short stay. A little noisy and some bright lights for a little at night but tolerable. Place was cute and VERY clean!!! Nora was easy to communicate with and timely. Only turn off was the dampness in the room. Had a damp smell and things like bath towels didn’t dry. Not sure if that was an issue that was new as I didn’t see anything in the prior reviews. Parking tight but very manageable!! All in all it was a nice experience!
