Suntide II 505 - Top Floor Condo w/ Vaulted Ceilings, Private Balcony, Beachfront Pool & Spa, Direct Ocean Access

We give an A to the rental company for their prompt responses to us! The condo had great views, great balcony, & loved the high ceilings! We had called the office to request a new 8x10 rug, as existing one was old, stained & matted. The 2nd BR had curtains hanging instead of a closet door which was not shown in pictures. We sent several pics of rugs, most 100, & a door solution around 313 to assist. The reply from owner was that he just had it cleaned & would not replace it. Then we were told they wouldn’t even remove it. The Dishwasher needs to be replaced. Sent pics to mgmt…Beds were fine & place was clean upon arrival. We stayed a month & would not stay again unless all issues were resolved.

Wonderful view of the gulf. Bed was comfortable and the condo was nice. Adequate amenities in the kitchen. The building and condo shows wear and tear. Water pressure is low in the showers. Laundry is nearby, but expensive. No beach towels here. Nice, but not 5 star.

We absolutely loved the place. Super nice and clean. It had everything we needed. Balcony with the ocean view was our absolute favorite. We will definitely book this place again.

Perfect location and ocean view. Plenty of space for 5 adults. Condo was well equipped. Common spaces in the complex were kept clean and well maintained. Excellent laundry facility right outside the door of our unit.

Love the view!! It was a perfect spot for the family and its a good size condo for a family of 5. The beach access was convenient but the pool needs a better cleaning.

This is our second time staying here and won't be the last.

Enjoyed the sun and close proximity of restaurants, groceries and other shops. Felt safe in the area.

We had a great week, awesome views and great condo. We had a blast, condo close to everything. Not a complain at all but being huge football fans we wish the living room tv had regular remote to watch Smart TV for Thursday night Prime so we could watch in living room (or we couldn't figure out lol- called the office they said if it was a Smart TV it would have regular remote to get to apps, we did watch in bedroom so all good. Would book again! Great Stay!

This place is on the top floor with an incredible view of the ocean, easy beach access, and a pool and hot tub. It's very clean and nicely furnished. This was a nice break from the cold weather where we live and I'd definitely book here again.

Unit is great. Living area perfect for all to relax with great beach view. Even in middle of complex no contact or issue with neighbors. Only downer was the tar balls on beach. Never knew & they get on everything. Trick on skin is baby oil to remove. Come well stocked. On cloths just throw. So bring old beachware, towels, etc.

After Memorial Day we felt like we had the Island all to ourselves. The outside (elevators, etc) of the property was a little rough but the inside was perfect. Highly recommend.
