The work is scheduled from May 4th to May 22nd. Condos can still be occupied, but guests should be aware of potential noise and dust around the property during the day.
Important: If a guest's unit balcony is under repair or is located beneath a unit being repaired, access to that deck will be closed off during those dates.

A charming, spacious condo perfect for creating unforgettable memories with your family and friends as you experience South Padre Island. Large windows bathe the spacious living room with natural light. Enjoy ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows while lounging comfortably on the large L-shaped couch. When the sun goes down, watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water as you watch the game on the large flat-screen TV or pop in a favorite movie on VHS or DVD.

Enjoy the beautiful quartz countertops and the stunning oak cabinets while exercising your culinary expertise in the fully equipped kitchen. Stock up the large 5-shelf pantry with your favorite foods to enjoy during your stay. The dining area seats 6 guests comfortably. Enjoy a meal on the oceanfront-covered balcony as you take in the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, spot pelicans passing by, and savor the salty air kissing your face as it rushes by.
