Suntide II 301 - Oceanfront Condo, BBQ's, Sand Volleyball, Sun Deck, Beachfront Pool & Spa

Had everything we needed. Beautiful view. We felt right at home.

Everything was great!!! We would come back and stay again! The location was ideal!

Check-in and out were seamless. The condo is perfect! The view —simply amazing! It was clean and well supplied.

ROACHES!!! Yup we experienced roaches while staying in Suite 301. On the first night one came out and we got rid of it. Second night more were making their presence known so I went out and bought insect spray. We killed those we were seeing but a few did hide in the cracks between the kitchen cabinets. At this point I was upset and disappointed we had to deal with them. Again I sprayed all around the condo and even went the extra mile of starting to store all our items in trash bags or containers. We stopped using any kitchen equipment and had little food items as possible. It was frustrating knowing we now had to do the extra expense of eating out and not being able to utilize the kitchen. We did contact management which did send out maintenance. They sprayed but we still had more issues with the roaches. This time they started appearing from the bedrooms and closets. I did manage to capture a picture of one in the coffee maker. This unit needs extensive cleaning!! At this point nothing else was done by management to compensate our horrible situation. I would not return or recommend staying in SunTide II.

The property is great - just what we wanted- on the beach and the owners have stocked it well. We asked early on for early checkin and were told might not happen but we could access the beach and swimming pool and an area to change clothes. I was told that more than once. Upon arriving early we were NOT allowed to access the beach and pool to wait for our room. Disappointing. Only downside to the property itself is that there were 10 of us, plenty of room, but there were only enough towels for 6-8 people? We had to take time out of our day almost daily to hit the towel exchange during their hours- finally - last day - the towel people gave us extra towels? Also the ceiling in one of the bedrooms started leaking in the rain - just a nuisance but owners need to know. Also needs a new iron. Again the property itself is great. A couple of nuisances tho from the managing of the unit.

Great property location

Very nice space. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The beds were very comfy. This was one of the best stocked condo's I’ve stayed in. Short walk to lots of different restaurants and entertainment. Would definitely recommend!

This was such great place to take our family of 8! Plenty of room! We were pleasantly surprised by the beach equipment that was there for us to use! We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! Beautiful views, comfortable interior and exterior areas. Very well stocked with everything you need for a fun beach vacation. Highly recommend this condo for a friends and/or family vacation. Windy on the beach during our stay and we were happy that the pool was such a nice area!

We truly enjoyed our stay... The unit is extremely well stocked and was very clean. Not just the unit but the entire property - workers were there ensuring the grounds were pristine each day. Sitting on the balcony was fantastic! Beautiful uninterrupted views of the gulf with easy access to the beach. Location was very convenient for moving around South Padre. Overall a fantastic trip! HIGHLY recommend this condo!!!

great could of used more parking

Had everything for a family of ten. 3 people got jellyfish stung but they survived. We had packed white vinegar and Benadryl cream. Main bedroom for large with lots of storage.
