    We were so pleased with everything at this condo. Worked wonderfully for our two teens to have separate beds in the spare room. The king bed in master was very comfortable. The living, dining, kitchen with a private patio did not disappoint. Soooo close to beach. The air conditioning worked so good for this humid place. Some of our past rentals could not cool or smelled musty. This was not the case for this condo. Even had nice appliances in kitchen. Could hear footsteps in condo above us. Just bring a white noise maker. We used the tennis court, pool and hot tub. Do make sure you only have one vehicle. Strict parking permit is enforced. They do tow so make sure your permit is showing on dash. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants.We had a comfortable stay here.

    The condominium was quite comfortable with the kitchen, being a especially well stocked. The two bedrooms were great size, the front bedroom does need blackout drapes. Other than the bright morning sun and the low water pressure in both the showers this condo is a real winner. The Sun Tide 2 was a very nice complex. Good pool, very close to the beach.

    We had a wonderful time. The condo is updated and very clean. We could see there were some water damages in the larger bathroom area. Tha management team can improve their customer skills when speaking to customers. They hung up on us twice; Alberto was very professional to us. This minor inconvenience will not deter us from coming back though. We loved our view of the ocean from the balcony!

    The balcony overlooks the pool within talking distance which is crucial for older kids swimming while baby is napping. Effortless to go to and from the beach all day. So close to all the activities! Golf cart rental 1 block away, quick drive or longer walk to Gravity Park, food trucks, gift shops and more. Definitely a family oriented place.

    This is the second time we stayed in a Suntide II condominium and we love its location on the island, the pool, and the walk to the beach. The Condo it self was very clean, great size for a family of 3, the beds were comfortable and the new tile in the bathrooms were nice. Unfortunately, it is just about time for this condo to be remodeled due to alot of things showing wear. The some lights would'nt turn on, the doors were worn out (especially the balcony door), the appliances and the furniture are old and heavily used. But, with that said we had a great trip and the condo provided a comfortable and safe place to sleep. I dont like having to drive to the visitor center to check-in though, which has to be done to stay at alot of the condo rentals in SPI. And years ago the gave out a cool Suntide II welcome package with a small cooler filled with all kinds of goodies. Now, you get a brown paper sack that has enough coffee for 2 out of you 4 day trip.

    This is a great location! Just steps from the beach and the pool with a great sunrise view over the gulf. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed including coffee and filters! The beds were much more comfortable than most hotels, and I loved the ease of the towel exchange when we needed a couple of clean towels mid-week. Overall, we had a great experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend this condo!

    My husband, myself, and our young boys rented this condo for an extended 4th of a July weekend trip. The condo was perfect for our family! Clean, super convenient location, a very quick walk down to the beach, and a balcony that overlooks the beach & pool. We stayed here for 5 days and found that it was perfect to alternate days at the beach with days inside out of the sun, and then days exploring the island. We went down to the Sea Turtle Inc. rescue and had a great time learning about the turtles. We spent some time at Gravity Park and would highly recommend a sunset Ferris wheel ride! Checkout was a breeze. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone going down to SPI and would even stay here again. So much to do and see on the island and this was a great place to come back and relax in between activities. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

    The place itself lends itself to a family stay, and the access to the beach is exceptional. But the building has a strict tow law, and even if you are an authorized renter with a parking pass, your car can be towed within minutes of parking, if you don’t display your parking permit on the dashboard. We were fooled twice by this, and paid $550 to recover our car from a Port Isabel towing company, on the way to the airport with our luggage. You are prey, if you believe you can run up to your condo to get your luggage and return in time to load it in your car.
